☣️ I will do my best not to be here ever again | Gas prices | Filled tank with lot of bubbles / air in diesel ( within minutes tank went down from 100 to 75 / 80 %
- It's a scam | Mileage range was around 100 miles less in full tank but paid usual 70$ ( Mercedes Sprinter Van )
- Fueling speed was so low that it took me almost 10 minutes to complete ?

Hi,I went to the gas station last week because the electronic and pump sign said gas was $3.49, but after I paid I noticed the price at the pump said $3.53. I feel misled.

Last year, I dropped my aunt's car at Keith's garage, because the engine would spew white smoke on startup, and unexpectedly shutdown while driving, and the computer would give off a fuel pump error. Also the battery would quickly drain if I tried to restart the engine more than 5 times within 30 minutes of the shutdown. We also needed to have the valve cover gaskets replaced, and brought the kit along. I explained all these details to Keith. We were assured that the shop would diagnose the car and would be able to get the work started. After weeks not hearing anything from the shop for a few weeks, we call to finally find out that the fuel pump needs to be replaced, and the gasket work was not done. I bought a new fuel pump and sent it to the shop, but unfortunately it was the wrong one. It turns out the car year and model had two engine variations, and I bought the pump for the wrong type. We found out from the shop again weeks later, after calling them. My fault, but weary from the lack of responsiveness, we decided to cut our losses, pay for the gasket replacement work, and take the car to have it serviced elsewhere. Upon arriving home, I popped the hood. The engine cover was missing a large chunk of the front part, and was fractured in multiple places. I opened the trunk and whoever worked in there left a mess, and never bothered putting the panels back on. I immediately returned to the shop, showed the damaged cover to Keith, and asked him to have it replaced with an OEM part. I also showed him the state of the trunk in the back and remarked that the shop staff was unprofessional for returning the car in the state it was. I was upset, but was neither nasty, nor yelling. It was the only time besides this review that I expressed my frustration with the shop. Keith replied (emphasis on -lied) that he actually gave us a special discount for the gasket work performed over a couple of months, tried to gaslight by accusing us of delaying the repairs by bringing him the wrong pump, and that I had no business calling them unprofessional in spite of the obvious proof on display right before his eyes. All the possible "f**k you" excuses he could come up with. He added that there was no way he would replace the engine cover with a new one. I said I was fine with it, so long as it was OEM and in the same mint condition I brought it in. We agreed that I would call the next week on Wednesday, because he'd have to order the part. When I followed up that Wednesday, I got one of his workers on the phone. Keith would not talk to me. Instead I could hear him in the background telling his employee to relay that he did not have it and they would let me know when the part arrived. As I expected, that never happened. Keith's word is cheap. It's not a insult, but a conclusion backed his actions or lack thereof. I can afford the engine cover. It costs about $121 brand new. But can Keith really afford to lose customers by showing lack of principles? Time will tell I guess. Meanwhile, I called the boys at M-Spec Performance in Middle Village. The day after I dropped the car there, Phil Manzo's tech sent me a detailed diagnostic report with pictures and detailed explanations of the issues found in the car. It turns out that the problem was a defective battery. It could not hold enough charge to keep the fuel pump working reliably. The difference in the level of service was like night and day. Now that's what you call professional and proactive. They definitely set a bar that Keith's shop is far from reaching anytime soon. I don't like writing bad reviews, but at the same time I have to throw caution to the wind, so that other potential customers could avoid buying disappointment instead of service. Hopefully this review will compel Keith and his shop to reevaluate their standards and change for the better.

Go elsewhere. The Manager(Keith) will tell you one thing wrong with your car, but really has no clue. Then will charge you for it after it wasn't fix right and add another fee for fixing it properly the second time. Will smooth talk you like he's doing you a favor and not charge, but recoup it the next time. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional staffs. I tired to get a state inspection done, spoke to Keith who said to bring the car the next day at 8am. I arrived at the location at 7:45am the next day and spoke to African American staff (Name starts with an F) who gave me a form to fill out and said to wait till 8am. At 8:15Am the staff who has been on the phone all this while now decided to attend to me. He checked the brakes on my car and now me thinking the inspection has started, later realized he doesn't even have the permit to do inspection. I figured this out on my own when I realized he left my car unattended and started working on another Car. Mind you the time now was 8:50am. I asked him what was going on, he then said I have to wait for Keith. Whao Whao... So after all that waiting, he was now just telling me that this Keith who has the permit comes in at 9am. Very disappointing. I mean I woke up early to arrive at this place and this is what I get. Finally Keith arrives and immediately told me I have to leave the car and come back due to covid. Like seriously!! I explained to him what happened and that no one told me about leaving the car, although he said he will help me out but that I cannot wait for the car and that I have to go and come back. I mean he spoke in a condescending way and no remorse or nothing. Plus he kept repeating covid. I mean don't use covid as an excuse now, I mean staffs needs to clearer and communicate as necessary. I wasted almost 1.5hrs of my Saturday time at this place and this is what I get. Plus Keith was not apologetic instead he called his staff to confirm my story. Staff in turn said that he told me about Leaving the car ~ he lied. He never even told me about not having a permit until I asked question. Finally, there no way I could now go back home and come back since I didn't prepare for this. I told Keith that I wont't be going further with the inspection. He basically didn't care , no apologies or nothing. Definitely not going back.

My car was broken I had a few things wrong with it. I gave Keith a hard time because I was frustrated with my car. However Keith remained professional and worked with me to get my car back on the road at a decent price. I think I found a new place to get my car serviced.

As I specified in the original complaint. The problem was with the car wash NOT the auto repair area. It's better to pay a little more, have a manager on site to immediately address issues. The unlimited wash was refunded & we have moved on. We'll talk at my next oil change.

Same owners ad the car wash on 115th. I left a 1.star review for the 115th location Ive given several years of business to this car wash but it doesn't get better. Thought I'd try out this location today, they broke my mirrors on my land rover and put the wrong mat in my car. I have sent the owner several DMs on Instagram, he has read them and has not replied. He posts on Instagram all the time and doesn't put in the effort to reply. Its ok I will find a better car wash and hopefully the way you continue ignoring potential consistent customers...you will slowly go out of business. The quality of the work SUCKS......
