I desperately needed to get an asbestos test done and a quick turnaround on the results. Peter came to my apt quickly, took the samples, expedited the results and emailed them to me in a day. Peter simply was professional and charming, and the total cost of the work was reasonable. I highly recommend Five Star,

I’ve worked with Peter and Chris for about a year and a half doing lead inspections while trying to find a new home; a friend recommended them and I see why.
The team is professional (always arriving on time, taking thorough samples, and giving thought out interpretations of the results), but they also really care. As a homeowner, you do lead inspections to ensure your family is safe, and Peter and Chris take that very seriously. We also worked with the team for clearance testing during lead abatement, and they were ALWAYS available to explain results and even spoke to me on weekends through the process. They are the team you want on your side while taking on understanding and mitigating lead hazards, you want an impartial and professional team to give you trustworthy results. Five Stars is in the name but they deserve 100 stars.

Five Star Environmental came highly recommended. And I can see why. Peter was very courteous, responsive, and thorough. All of the tests we needed were explained in details and our assessment report was returned on time. We definitely give Five Stars, 5 stars!

Peter was absolutely great...I highly recommend his service.
In our town, you have to get a lead inspection every year.
Since it was a new renovation, I wanted to get a permanent lead clearance from the town. (I thought it would help with home value and the time it takes to close on a sale.
The town was awful.
We have to refile the application maybe seven to ten times. Each time, the town wants something new. Peter was never annoyed and always refiled when we gave him the town's responses.
Never once did he ask for more money!
(So I tell my building owner friends about him.)
'We' got it done.
I now have a permanent lead certification from the town!
(To get to heaven, you always have to go through hell,
though it is nice to have a guardian helping you through the process.)
I wonder why they call it 'Five Star...' when I would give him six. :)
