Convenient location in nearby shopping strip. This chase is always clean. ATMs are always working. Agents are friendly but sometimes during peak hours, the lines are brutal and the not so well working air-conditioning system is not bringing any relief.

There is only one banker working. Waiting 25 minutes and counting....they can't make debit cards anymore and won't make a card at all for you if you originally opened your account in another state. Wasted 45 minutes here. The worst. Understaffed. Slow staff. Filled with even slower moving customers. Exhausting. Bianca wouldn't cash my check. Totally did it on purpose because I had complained. No one here wants to help you. Really the worst.

Since hurricane sandy they have this location a complete renovation. It has a drive-up ATM and teller. Also the ATMs located inside give out all denominations of money $1, $5, $10, $20 and $100

I love this chase branch and here is why: This branch is always clean The tellers and customer service reps are the greatest! The atms are the new ones they give you any currency you want so if you want to take out $20 you can pick to get 4 $5 dollar bills. This branch is also located next to lots of food options a beautiful stop and shop and hair salon plus nail salon so you can take care of all your business all at once.
