People are friendly, easy parking, and they actually seem to care. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. I left another bank for Wells and am so glad I made the switch.

Excellant service ! I am greeted by my last name when i come in and this branch has the same polite people. I have accounts at 2 other banks and Wells Fargo is by far my favorite ! Armonk is my favorite branch.

Came in this week and asked for a notary - woman did not have her notary stamp so could not service me. What's the point of a big bank in town if you can't provide the most basic of services? Turned me away for no reason...could've notarized my document w/o the stamp, just needed her signature and the block print. Totally incompetent.
