I got a powder manicure and within 2 days my powder came off two of my nails. When I went in to get it fixed instead of apologizing they accused me of not getting my nails done there. Now 5 days passed and another nail was ruined.

Please do not go to that place! It's DIRTY and they DON'T SANITIZE their equipment!!! Also, not all workers are licensed! Armonk should demand more from the local nail places!

"All nail polishes are chemical products. As nails are a type of skin, if they cannot breathe, symptoms similar to leaving a bandage on the skin for a long time may occur. Additionally, there is a possibility of the added side effects of chemical substances. Therefore, it is recommended not to keep the polish on for too long and to either receive a service or remove the polish according to a regular schedule."

I have been going to this salon inconsistently for 2 years due to the proximity of my home. The service workers appear polite but they talk badly about customers whom may appear of less than a high economic status and race(black). During my experiences at this salon I have in fact tipped when I felt I received neat, non rushed, quality services. I have not tipped when I had received what felt like mediocre/poor or rushed services due roughness, discomfort, and/or sloppy work. On my last visit, I was confronted by the owner that my business was no longer welcomed due to not always tipping regardless of my poor experiences of services and/or of not tipping to his standard. In the past I have at least tipped 20% if I could and was happy with the services. There were times my tips were rejected due to the establishment not wanting to receive tips on cards. I explained to the owner that's his problem as an employer, which he needs to improve for quality work conditions of his employees. It is not the responsibility of the consumer to fill-in for an employer poor practices and poor pay. I would not recommend anyone attend this business if you do not have at least 25% cash in tip regardless of the quality of service you may receive. Also, I do not believe all the nail techs are licensed. This experience has taught me a valuable lesson. Regardless of the convenience of a service location I will never spend my money where I am uncomfortable, devalued, and covertly bullied into giving extra for a service that leaves me feeling sad. I cried about this experience because I could not help but feel discriminating against. Beauty services of any kind should always leave the customer feeling better and not worst when one exits the establishment.

I brought my girlfriend to the salon the other day for a self-care day and got her a manicure! The nail tech and staff were really kind and attentive to what she wanted. Got her cuticles removed and nails cut and smoothed out. She was very happy with how the nail tech checked in on her every now and then to make sure she’s okay and her nails were being filed the way she wanted. Overall a pleasant experience and was very happy with how well they took care of her!

The place is clean, yes, but there aren't any nail techs so to speak and forget about showing them anything off of Pinterest. My cousin spent well over $200 for my Services yesterday and today I'm getting everything done over. The women that did my nails did nothing but laugh and speak to the other manicurists in their language. I opted out of anything I wanted and went for straight white pedicure and 5 shade manicure which they didn't even choose the colors correctly and it turned out terrible and charged extra for the different colors. The only good thing was the acupressure/massage therapist David who's there only Thursday, Friday and Saturday. He's the only reason I'd ever go back there. Susie you are terrible.

Their work is hit or miss. The place is tidy, etc., but about 90 percent of their nail polish bottles are dry and diluted with acetone, which damaged my nails.Services: Pedicure

They do great work but the prices are so inconsistent. They do not have the prices listed and it seems like they charge whatever they feel like that day.

I’m happy with the results but the experience was not good. My technician was super rough and cut up all of my fingers below my nails while filing them. Even when I said ow and pointed out that I was literally bleeding, she didn’t ease up. The whole experience was painful and stressful.

Absolutely love this location. The service is great. The environment is clean. I usually go early. I can really relax and zen out while I am there. The technicians really take their time and do great work. I would recommend their services to anyone.

This was my first visit, and unfortunately I was very disappointed. Given how well the place is rated, I’m guessing that the level of service and quality differs wildly depending on the technician you get. Or perhaps they prioritize regulars. My technician was very clearly not interested in doing the job. My pedicure Pre nail polish lasted all of 10 mins. She was just doing the motions and steps to get it done. I could barely even feel the little foot” massage” they typically do. She barely filed my heels and left dry patches all over. She then weirdly took forever to apply the polish (had to remove and redo a number of times). I tried to (very politely) give her this feedback real time, but her response was to upsell me on a bigger package. I provided the friendly owners will this feedback as well. Alas, I will not be returning here.

This place is so lovely. The professionalism and quality of services are exceptional! I can sit in the massage chair for an entire afternoon if they'd let me! :). Nails are also excellent.Services: Foot massage
