Great place to work out. Tons of machines and weights, and the staff and trainers are very helpful. Steam room is a major plus, and so is the Spa.

My experience at Equinox over the last 10 years has been excellent. Top of the list for me is the cleanliness. It makes all the difference to making it an attractive place you want to go workout even when you don't feel like working out. Classes are great and the variety is strong.

Great gym! Plenty of equipment and space to get in a great workout. The gym is also kept very clean. Friendly staff from the front desk, membership advisors, to the coaches, cleaning crew and management

I have had a horrible experience with this gym. I signed up agreeing to a 3 month deal and being able to cancel anytime prior, I was told that would be okay. And to no surprise at time of cancellation that wasn't allowed. Despite repeatedly expressing my discontent and saying how I was told otherwise I was told I had to pay my remaining 2 months. Horrible management and customer service, meanwhile i've paid a month and a pro rate already so $273 and went 2x.... I wouldn't go to this gym for they are just another gym looking to rip money from your pockets.

in between classes in the yoga studio, the cleaning crew comes in to clean. They use the same dirty mops on the mats as they do on the floors! The mats are wet, dirty and gross after this. it goes on between every class. Members have asked the club numerous times to please stop doing this. The members are stuck switching out the mats or putting blankets over them so we don't have to use wet dirty mats. I can't understand why they have the cleaning crew using dirty floor mops to clean our mats!

My favorite gym in Westchester. Besides the facility being massive and having a wide variety of equipment, the maintenance team at this location is great. I always feel comfortable coming here even when it’s “peak hour” after work. The people are respectful and the place is usually immaculately clean.

I have to say although this gym is great it has become one large after school program. High schoolers run the place and sit around talking and generally doing nothing. Although this is not the fault of Equinox, and more the parents of these spoiled children. Girls wearing practically nothing sit around taking up benches and flirting with boys. Wow.

I have been an Equinox member since 2015 .. mainly going to the Greenwich , Darien and Mamaroneck locations. When the pandemic hit I took a break but then came back to try the Armonk location. I have to say overall it is the BEST! the staff is extremely friendly and always greeting you with a smile. What I LOVE most about this location are the classes, especially Jenn Evan’s Barre !! She is truly inspirational and takes the time to really show you how to properly do the moves correctly so that you feel your body working. She has an amazing approach and her classes are different each time targeting different muscle groups always encouraging you to dive deeper. Jordana Allen is also an amazing in instructor!! She remembers your name and helps you achieve your max potential. Her energy is fantastic. Ryan who is a personal trainer will get you in shape with just a few sessions! His style is one of a kind and he really knows the body. Definitely highly recommend you book a session!!The gym overall is my favorite, not only because it’s super clean but THE PEOPLE who work there truly care and that’s what makes me drive 30 min just to be at that gym.

The facility is big and clean. That's the positive. I've had numerous experiences with the staff & management (especially the General Manager Jamie) being rude and unknowledgeable. Some staff members don't even speak English. If I'm in the area, I'll skip my work out for that day rather than endure this club. Hopefully district management can look into making much needed staff improvements.

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years and Equinox armonk still takes first place for cleanliness and modernness of facilities and equipment. Very friendly membership advisors (Antonina is the best) and cleaning crew. They offer plenty of free weights and cardio machines, and they do have a variety of squat/deadlift/bench stations. I do wish they had a swimming pool/hot tub and were open later on weekends.

This location does not offer enough amenities to justify their monthly membership fees. This location is small, does not have a sauna or pool - overall this facility does not compare to other gyms in the area for the same price or less. After politely declining the sales associates offers, I've received upwards of 10 emails asking if I'm still interested. It's become borderline harassment, I've asked numerous times to be removed from their email lists and they continue to blow up my inbox. Extremely poor customer experience and exercise experience at this equinox location.

Would be zero stars if I could. A place I once trusted, now has lost it all. My Moncler winter jacket worth $1,500 was stolen on Sunday while I was in yoga class. Do not trust anyone here and protect any valuable items you bring at all costs. Very unsettling that this person even still remains a member of the club, there is a thief among us, and management has taken no action to question and remove them.

Good gym, but leaves one craving for a little more. I have not tried any classes as yet. The staff on the floor are very nice and helpful. Front desk, not so much.Lockers area could be more clean. Usual Equinox toiletries. However, they have hard water, which makes the skin and hair feel weird, and my hair falls when I shower at this location. I looked up the town water supply, and looks like this gym may be supplied with well water. Wish Equinox would invest in a water softening device. I live in a different town, and we have the same water supply as NYC. I am seriously considering switching to another area gym because the hard water here is intolerable.
