We've used Bill for our auto body work over the many years we've been living here. He and his crew took care of two deer hits and two minor accidents.Bill was always very helpful and definitely seems like he's doing everything he can to get the car repaired as soon as pollible so our lives can return to normal!Service: Body & Trim

Would NOT recommend - incredibly rude.“Can’t see you until next week” said the worker as he was on the phone with someone else, without inquiring what I need. I waited patiently while he finished his call. I told him I need an insurance inspection - he said that he gets paid a pittance for that and told me to “get out of here, there’s the door”

The name for this business is Catskill Auto Body 42368 State Highway 28, Arkville, NY First of all there is no mechanic. Did you see that NO MECHANIC. so cars can not be fixed correctly because cars are not diagnosed correctly. Bill the owner has an attitude like he is doing you a favor. My car was hit by a deer in June. In January the paint is chipping off. He tells me its not his fault. One accident took 3 times to be diagnosed, fixed and me returning because things were still not working. Like a horn yes my horn was never checked or fixed.Lets see He told me after the first fix my check engine light was on and I needed to get it diagnosed. Than we had to have another diagnosis with insurance. Than another 2 weeks I have to wait cause his guys aren't around. That's cause his guys have real full time jobs. This is just a place to make some cash and screw some local folks. well 6 months later the car has significant issues. Yes They received over 6000.00 dollars to fix my car and 6 months later it dosnt work.Dash board lights codes indicate transmission issues etc. Not Bills fault. Paint is chipping off , just the part that they painted. the gasket they glued on flew off. Well That's my story and that's the truth. Bill also called the cops on me for telling him how much he sucks
