Went there to ship a package on 6/13/24 after calling UPS and looking on there website and it is supposed to be open 5 to 6pm daily. The door says closed, went to another door a find a worker and he says it hasn't been open for walk in three years, complete waste of a trip there. Maybe after three years they could update there website.

My package had the wrong zip code. This facility was quick to offer alternatives. I needed my package the next morning, they allowed me to come after public hours to pick it up.

UPS Driver "Brian" is one of the absolute BEST delivery person I have ever experienced . When he delivered his first delivery to my home he asked where I would like future packages dropped. I said... in the back of my house in the garage. Since then he has delivered every package exactly as promised! The extra effort on Brian's behalf has made me a very happy customer.

they lost my package it shipped from north Carolina to arkport and they Lost my order. it made it to arkport in 2 days but if I wasn't tracking my order and called the vendor they would not have know or care.
