Outstanding customer service in all departments. I can’t imagine the small Village of Arkport without Arkport (Cy’s) Surefine. Prices vary, but many items are better priced than the bigger stores each and every day. For a small to medium store they cover so many areas with products and/or service's..

This family-owned business represents exactly what this town is made of. This store is one of the last long-standing staples in the area without constant management turnover and brand change. Having been owned by the Jones family for decades and now by their longest standing and loyal employee, Mr. Hedges, he is carrying on their legacy with honesty, consistency and kindness. They have employed locals and supported this community through so much. Covid never stopped their dedication to customer service and they continued to ensure supporting the community without hesitation. Their meat department has always been known to be the best in the area, often drawing in customers from distant counties. Stopping into Arkport Shurfine is a must when near the area! Let's keep them running for years to come! Support local businesses!

Since new ownership prepared food has just gone downhill. Of all the employees we will only eat food prepared by 3 of them. I picked up a party pizza on my birthday and it was made with the wrong dough. Came out flat. rotisserie chickens dry and no flavor. Hard chicken fingers and mozzarella sticks. Fried chicken hard and dry or under cooked. 2 days ago dried out mozzarella sticks and fried chicken. Even today at 5:29 pm the onion rings and chicken fingers had sat too long, along with the fried chicken. That's the dinner rush hour. No one likes to pay for food that they can't eat and every now and then would be different. This is the last 5 times in a row. shout out to all the people doing it right. Sorry for the poor review. We don't mean you. We and our neighbors have been eating there for 10 years. We still go all the time and hope for the best because it used to be the best.

Sooooo disappointed. Management continues to allow customers in the store without masks. This is not a political issue. It a health issue and a matter of consideration and respect to others.

I waited for service while the old lady in the back stared at me not working she was suppose to be putting wings in a box , the other girl had to make subs but the older lady could have come put my already made pizza logs in a box. I will never go back or recommend their hot food place to eat again they have no customer service skills.

I have found a great store with the best meat and butcher in my back yard. You can find just about anything. Happy that prices are great too. .Saves me from driving miles to the store in Hornell. Thank you guys and Gals and Happiest of Holiday Wishes!

Closer to home than Wegmans. Just convenient. , Nothing really special. Kind of like a large convenient story/grocery with gas pumps, Valero gas. Free parking, handicap parking. Most of your basic needs etc.
