Just went there 530pm and the hot food selection was non- existent. There was a sad pizza spinning in the warmer. Got a hot dog I'm sure has been on the roller since before lunch. Worst ever. No ketchup, mustard or relish. The pumps for those were empty. Took packets which there was ketchup and mustard but only 1 mustard and a few ketchup. They had coffee today but usually don't or they have 1 kind and 1/2 a pot of that. Everything was covered with napkins like night cleaning was already done. Iwork night shifts 12 hours and just wanted something decent to eat. I will drive into Hornell from now on. Always have great coffee and many hot food selections.

The only 7-11 iv been to that has a limit on your rewards membership perks. Iv been going there for about a month every morning and every afternoon I buy 2 coffees every morning and afternoon and sometimes I buy gas and cigg I will no longer go there because they try to charge me full price because I also go to a different 7-11 at lunch and buy 2 coffees. The manager said we are only allowed 4 coffees a day at membership reward price because we use a different 7-11 at lunch. Although, the sign on the window at every 7-11 iv ever been to clearly says rewards members all size coffee 1$ or 1000 points. That means rewards members gets any size coffee for 1$ but if you have 1000 points it's free. It says nothing about a maximum of 4 cups a day. So although it is a nice convenient place I will no longer stop there. I'll go 5miles out of my way to the other 7-11

Once awhile they have a cheap deal on whole medium or large pepperoni pizza for $10..havent gotten it since my mother got it for me and my boyfriend!

Every morning i go there around 6am and the guy working always charges me $1.70 for a medium coffee when its inly $1. How much money has he scamed from other people. Its been going on for awhile and even when said something to him he still charges the wrong price. I will now shop else where or when hes not working

I do not know how this place has four stars. Then again it only take one employee to ruin your whole review. I stopped in here late at night graveyard shift there was one older guy working and he was so rude. I was alone in the store for like 5 minutes I went in search of an employee just to find him hiding on the other side of the building smoking a cigarette I asked him if he could come in so I could check out he flipped out like a child and then finally came in to deal with me so that I could finally get back on the road and go home. I'm sure he won't be employed there for very long he seemed like he genuinely hated his life.

This store is the first stop of every commute I take. The Arkport crew are always friendly and very helpful. Since the new owner took over, the store looks the best it ever has! One of the managers suggested the 7-Eleven rewards program, so I gave it a try. With already saving money, I'm hooked for life!

I came to Arkport to meet a few business associates I was traveling down from Rochester and was told we could meet up at "The Seven Eleven" having never been to this town I asked which one and the street name to ensure we wouldn't miss each other. Upon entering the very rural town of Arkport I completely understood it would literally be impossible to get lost or not find this business or practically any other business in town if you were able to drive here in the first place. Arriving a few minutes early afforded me the opportunity to go inside and walk around, I was amazed at the amount of traffic through this store a few minutes before 8:30 AM and it appears most every one new each other, the coffee area of course was the main point of interest, a pack of smokes, a lottery ticket, a soda and snack cake competed for the number two spot. The staff was extremely friendly and extremely busy. The only things that didn't seem to get any attention were the two lonely gas pump out front...
