“This store has amazing customer service! We needed to ship the contents of my daughter’s 1-bedroom apartment cross country and Bryan was helpful on the phone before I arrived —suggesting the best times to come and to ask for him when I got there. He really put me at ease. He was so very helpful when I arrived, and took great care in the processing of 27 boxes. He also brought me a chair and I plugged in my phone when it died. I highly recommend this location for shipping…Bryan and his team were so professional and kind. Side note: I learned the hard way that it doesn’t make sense to use the UPS at the Staples Store for a serious shipping project.”

“I have had a PO Box at this location for almost a year now. I also receive a lot of packages here as well. The owners and staff are simply amazing. I receive almost instant notifications from this store when packages are delivered. When I walk into the store I receive an amazing greeting and I am told my packages are ready without even giving my name, they just recognize me and retrieve my packages. Shipping new or dropping off return packages are so simple here. Their business hours are also very customer friendly. Just a great friendly atmosphere here and without a doubt the best UPS store in Bergen County.”

“This review serves as a commendation for Glen of the UPS Store located at 333 Mamaroneck Ave in White Plains NY. I have visited all the UPS stores in lower Westchester county and the Bronx. Although I have never had a bad experience at any location, Glen is by far the most outstanding associate I have encountered.
He was super helpful and even assisted me tapping up my box. He was patient, courteous and professional. He took care of what I needed right away. Usually retuning an item is a semi dreadful experience. But Glen was awesome. And I noticed that he served every customer efficiently, promptly and with the same courteous demeanor and smile.
I must reiterate that he is definitely a valuable member of your organization. His hard work and service should not go unnoticed.”

“All these people complaining maybe the ones who don’t pay their bills. Never had problem here. Yes they can get busy and things maybe slightly delayed but not terribly. Yes everyone double parks at every business on Gramatan Avenue not in owners control. If you are using this as a business address then pay your business bills. Once again folks not supporting black business.”

They were patient and did not rush me as I dug out the QR codes from the Amazon app. I was braced for an attitude based on the critical reviews. Nope. The attitude toward me was as nice as could be. ??”
“I have read every review about this USPS location from the past 5 years. The one-star reviews fell under 5 categories and there's an easy explanation or remedy for each:1) Folks in line got turned off by how some patrons were scolded for bringing random items inside the post office (a scooter, bike, dog). Remedy: Mind your own business and be less sensitive. The idiots who brought those things inside never left a review and followed the instructions to leave them outside.2) Long wait. Reality: Lines at every USPS are long. If you really are strapped for time, then pre-stamp your mailing and drop them off at self-service locations, where you can scan them in yourself and get a receipt.3) Delivery issues. Reality: There are THREE post offices in Mt Vernon. Your local mail carrier's performance has nothing to do with any particular post office. If you really are having issues, figure out who your mail carrier is and go from there.4) Can't reach this location by phone. Reality: Yes, this is true. Remedy: Don't call.5) This location opens late or closes early. Remedy: Come during the middle of the day. One reviewer said he could only visit this post office after work. That's just silly; you can visit another one close to work during your lunch break.With regards to the level of service and attitude of the USPS employees at this location, I don't find them either unpleasant or out of the ordinary. It was amusing to watch a patron get roasted when he demanded that his stack of 100+ envelopes be stamped individually by an employee. The atmosphere is that of a mom-and-pop shop with the occasional good natured jab. The Postal Service simply requires its employees to be honest and reliable. Everything that I have brought to this USPS location for the past 60 days have been handled with precision and RELIABLY delivered to the next distribution center the same day.”
