Awful company...lost a ton of money and 2 deals trying to close on my property. They wait months to interview and get back with a decision that's usually not in your favor.

Terrible communication! I would constantly have to call for updates and after calling for almost 3 months with no resolutions the communication stopped completely. No one answers the phone, responds to emails or texts.

Russell Blank, CPA - We have audited and worked with Hudson North Management for many many years. We have found that the property management company is very knowledgeable, prompt in their responses and very professional. Keep up the great work.

Incompetent. To co-op shoppers in other reviews. Don't buy a co-op. It's a terrible investment with a barricade of rules. Consider it a blessing that you didn't get one.

If I could give them ZERO stars I would! An absolute embarrassment of a property management company. They never answer emails are always "working from home" and can not be reached by phone. Chantel Is absolutely the worst communicator in the world she can only respond with 3-4 words maximum, to a question which is a paragraph in length. Brianna (possible convicted felon) is unprofessional abusive and has a power complex. Between the two of them they do not equal one brain! When it is time for my co-op to choose a new management team Hudson North WILL NOT BE on the list. If you are looking to buy in a property managed by them....RECONSIDER. They are not worth the headache.

Unaccountable, unresponsive, and possibly criminally negligent.

As a professional, I have dealt with many Management Companies, and Hudson North by far provides outstanding services unlike any other. They are responsive, polite, and will go the extra mile. When I sold my cooperative apartment, without doubt, it was a bittersweet moment, but one of the smoothest processes. As I had a strict timeline to close (closing on my new home the next day), Hudson North made the impossible happen for me and the purchasers, and for that I am grateful.

Poorly run property management company. My emails for simple questions or requests go unanswered about 98% of the time. When my complex switched over to them 2 years ago they were super responsive to my emails. Two years later, every email I have sent to them since the first couple months have gone unanswered. Our complex deals with a specific assistant property manager and she NEVER answers my emails. I also noticed that communication between this company and my complex’s board is very poor. I’ve gotten a lot of “This is the first I’m hearing about this” or “I never heard about that” from the board. I also have gotten “we will look into this and get back to you” by the property manager, and 20 months later I’m still waiting for a response.Let me reiterate that I only email the property manager for things that are completely out of my control. Even things like fixing a plumbing issue I’ll do on my own just to avoid dealing with them. They will be sure to collect my maintenance payment every month though, so at least they’re on top of that.

The level of professionalism and service is really pathetic. We sold our Coop unit last year and it was a painful process dealing with this organization. Full of excuses and condescending at the same time. The added stress they caused me and my family cannot be conveyed in words. If you are forced to deal with this company as we were, brace yourself. If you are considering utilizing their services, do yourself a favor and select another company.

They may be a little crude when dealing with the public but, you must learn forgiveness. I have given them 5 stars because I am sure that they will do the right thing and drain their swamp. Hopefully they will fire their current personnel and replace them with people who care and have compassion for their fellow human beings.

Incredibly rude letter from this management company that appears to forget for whom it works. Selective enforcement of rules. Very slow to respond when issues and concerns are brought up. One star because a ZERO is not available.

The only reason I gave one star is because zero is not an option. This management company lost my deposit check and never followed up with an explanation over a year later. It can take weeks to get phone calls and email responses, and some of the employees are rude.

The entire Hudson North Management company is the saddest excuse for a professional business I have ever encountered. Let’s start with cathryn - Not only does she lack basic professional skill set, but she is incompetent, lazy!!!, and extremely unprofessional. When you have a job for a while, you are expected to do it and actually do it well - however, I cannot say that anyone on the Hudson North Management Team does their job well. Phone calls are NEVER returned. The receptionist is not only rude, lacks business etiquette but clearly hates her job and is miserable. To get any sort of breakthrough, you need to call about 7 times before anyone even tries to get an answer and take you seriously. (hello, I have a job and actually do my job so I do not have time to sit and call you 10 times a day!!!!!). Needing to e-mail Hudson North? Don’t bother because they won’t answer anyway. Show up. And even then, will you be given the run around. Anything that needed to get done in the apartment, never did or I was told I needed to fix it myself even when it was clearly stated on the house rules that it was covered because the lack of responsiveness. I am so fed up with this “team” I am selling as soon as possible.

I’d add the what others have said. This is and embarrassingly poor organization. Completely unprofessional, non-responsive and lacking any business sense whatsoever. I’m running for the board of my coop so I can fire them.
