Do not come here to repair your car! I came here to fix wires in there engine of my car from damage caused by rodents. The mechanic told me it was ready after a day of working on it. I showed up and drove the car around and it was giving me the same problems. The car was cutting off and on. The mechanic said leave the car again and he'll call us after he fixes it for the 2nd time. After a few days he calls and tells me the car is ready. Charges me a little over $250 and took my car home. The next day the car still gave me the same problems.This guy is a scam. Don't trust the body shop next door either they recommend me to come here.

I will update rating after I escalate to manager but I called and spoke to Mort or mark an individual who must hate his life as much as his job because he talks with such a "I hate my job" attitude right off the bat. He claims they are busy as to why he need to put me on hold every two minutes instead of taking things one thing at a time. I called because my car was towed there by no choice if my own. We were told we were going to be given estimates and never got any word from anyone there. We called on Friday to be told that they would be open Saturday which was important because we had to pick up the car that day since we never got an estimate from them and couldn't waste time or money. My husband called and called on Saturday and nothing only a music playing so after seeing the business card to head over there we saw that they aren't even open on Saturday's and only mon to Friday. When I asked mort why are we being charged over the weekend when it's their misinformation that caused this error he hung up and told me that he doesn't care and only wants to know if he Im getting the money or not to get the car out. I wouldn't mind paying if it was an error on my part but this is literally their fault and they don't want to do anything to fix the issue. I was waiting for an estimate and they get by by keeping the car there to add tow fees. I would have more than been happy to pay for them to repair the damages on my car but after seeing how unprofessional they are I will take my business elsewhere. I'll rather pay a double tow fee then give them an extra cent because of their mismanaging. I hope the manager does follow up as I already send him an email. Which wasn't easy since Mort clearly didn't want to share the information. If the manager rectifies the issue I'll be more than happy to change up date my review. I will be reaching out to the BBB AS well

I had to go there today to get a water pump replaced. They were very good and very polite. And they will work with you if you cannot pay. I definitely recommend them

Overpriced and writing fees whatever they want! Have been towed by this company from NY to NJ. The guy just started his shift. He charged me $52 for TOLLs. When I called after 2 days to ask about tolls. I’ve been said that I have to pay both ways(from NY to NJ the Washington bridge is free of charge). But thing is that he paid just once when crossed the bridge from NJ to NY. Do not recommended

I gave it one star because the guys that did the towing we're great. But after that it's all down hill. I was forced to use them because of an accident that happened on the Saw Mill parkway. This place has this area all to themselves because of whatever contracts they have with the municipalities. Once they get your car you're stuck in their world. Paperwork, high costs and long waits. Again the people that work there are great it's just the system that moves slow and there's no reason to make it better for the car owner because they've always got business and you're stuck with them wether you like it or not. The tow guys are great at what they do they get a lot of work that makes them that way but the yard is not what you want to get stuck in. Stay on top of it and ask questions. Take nothing for granted because it will cost you money and aggravation to get your car out of there.

The employee named Mark is an incompetent, very disrespectful also unprofessional. If you ever call here or have your vehicle towed to this place ask to speak to Mike, he is respectful and provides very good customer service.

Mannny Freddy and Mike were easy to deal with. There are definitely worse tow truck companies. Nice clean wood lobby also !

This place saved my life! THANKS STEVE! I drove down from Massachusetts and noticed issues in my car - looked up this place on yelp and went there - for oil change - I had no oil and it made my engine light go on. He took me right away late on Saturday and even called me on Monday morning to see if I got home safely (which I did). Love this place!

The people in the main office were rude and seemed like they didn't want to do their job. Also had a really rude driver as well. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would for sure.

Awful service only because they have the city and county contract they do and charge whatever they want there should be competitive companies providing the same service
