Called them asking if they provide notary - the lady was like no and then hung up on me. Worst Chase I’ve seen!

This branch was good before but now I don’t know what is going on but it is disaster if you need to go there. Nobody cares for costumer service. Even that I live in Ardsley I will never ever go back here anymore.

Used to be a neighborhood friendly branch. Now a revolving door of employees, each one ruder than the next. Happy to take your money but no customer service at all. Advice: go elsewhere

They have bad systems. Also, the workers talk to you like you're a dog, not a person.

Excellent service on the phone today, after I had made a gross error on their ATM. No details on what I did, but I must tell you that they accommodatedme and corrected my blunder with efficiency. Thanks to Helen and Annette!

This branch was totally unhelpful. I first tried calling the branch & no one answered & their system transferred me to the 800# which was useless who then transferred me back to the branch and it started all over again with no one answering. I then went into the branch. I was just looking for a confirmation letter stating the I paid my safe deposit box fee last year. The person at the desk could see that I had paid it on their computer system but he could not do anything. He talked to his manager and she said that there was nothing that they could do. This bank is great taking your money but their customer service is the worst.

Went to bank so that my son could receive his inheritance from mom who passed away last month. I was told to make an appointment by Annette Davis. Several family members have gone to multiple chase banks during Covid and we were never told to make an appt. ms Davis waved her finger in my face and was condescending in front of my son. After several choice words we exited the bank only to be followed by a lovely woman asking if we needed help. This was the branch manager and she helped us. Meanwhile a gentleman enters the bank and Ms Davis asked do you have an appt? He responds No and she says “let me see what I can do!” Ms. Davis is rude and unprofessional. Interestingly a comment from 10 months ago complains about her. Sending a letter to the CEO.

My wife needed a notary. Being a Chase customer for 24 years, it was a natural choice to head to Chase. Unfortunately, our branch in Ashford Ave recently closed due to downsizing. Therefore, she was forced to visit the Saw Mill branch. After waiting for 10 minutes for the notary, she passed by and as walking told her to make an appointment for notary services and to get her card from the cashiers. She could have said, please wait 20 mins and I will help you with notarizing a 1 page requiring only 1 signature. She did not take even the time to find out if my wife was a customer or if it was urgent. Thank you Annette for turning a 24 year relationship south. The funny thing is that the notary official title is officer Relationship Banker...
