I cannot recommend Bucci's enough, amazing service! Impeccable and timely repair on my vehicle, smooth sailing the whole process. John (the manager) was phenomenal! So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with insurance and the repair process. He even helped me with a temporary fix to my banged up vehicle and the rental process. I am so thankful I found this place. No one ever wants to walk out to a damaged car, but if you ever do, you know who to call!

Had an issue with the AC in my car. I worked directly with John and he was great. Professional, excellent communication and worked with my insurance directly which made things very easy. They had my car fixed within a few days. Highly recommend.

Got side swiped and brought it to Bucci’s over the recommended Geico shop. So glad I did, they were fast, efficient, and returned my car back to me better than it was before the accident. Highly recommended!!!

10 out of 10! The work and service was great. My car was brand new, fresh off the lot, until one day it got hit while it was parked! I was so upset because I thought it would never be the same, but fortunately I was wrong. Bucci’s made it look like nothing happened. It still remains as a brand new car. So happy!Services: Painting

This was my second time working with Buccis Auto Body. This time my 2020 BMW X4. There’s a reason I went back to Bucci's. I worked with Sean this time, and the service from beginning to end was fantastic. I received a call every few days providing me with an update. They were very transparent about everything that was going on, where we were in the process, etc. They also fixed something small not related to the accident, which was a nice touch. Thanks, highly recommended!!

Great experience from start to finish. We met with John and Shaw to get an estimate on the damage. They were very courteous, understanding and efficient. They quickly took pictures, collected some information and gave us an estimate to be presented to car insurance company. Later we dropped off the car for repairs, got a rental car arranged. They did a great job as promised and on time. Called us to give a heads up that the car will be ready on Friday and yes it was. They workmanship was excellent. Cannot tell if the car was damaged. Will recommend this shop to friends and family any day! John and Shaw and the crew are very polite and respectful.
