First time working with Ardsley Motors. Spoke to Justin, who was very communicative/professional. They asked what the issue was, told me what the problem could potentially be, and that they would be able to diagnose it once they got the car. It ended up being a bent wheel from hitting a massive pothole on the highway (which I suspected). The team transparently quoted me a price, kept the work to only what was required to get the car back in shape (replace 1 wheel + laser balance the wheels + road test once complete), and the bill was exactly as communicated with no surprises. They even went out of their way to drop off my car for me at home because it took them 2 business days instead of 1 to complete the work, and I didn’t have the ability to pick it up. All was handled very professionally. Car was in perfect working order from the repairs.

Called on the phone to ask for the price of an alignment for my specific car model, which is almost always a standard price. I was told that they do not give prices over the phone and just to bring in my car to be looked over was $200 before the alignment. I tried to explain that I did not need any diagnostic and literally just needed an alignment but was still told it was $200 plus whatever price they would make up for the alignment.

Went for simple AIR for a flat got immediately Denied of service and was told that they had no AIR! But has a Registered NYS Inspection board!Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!
