Store doors locked, no one! At least 4 other people coming to the door. I left a message and no one called me back. I am pissed my phone says emergency calls only. Can't even make a phone call. Verizon isn't very good anymore and we have been a customer for a long time.

The staff here was incredible! I was able to get into my new phone in just a couple days even with them ordering it for me. Jim M was extremely helpful and made the process smooth and it was an easy transition from the previous salesperson I had for years who is no longer in the business. I HIGHLY recommend going to this location as you will be helped almost immediately upon entering! If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

I got a new iphone from this store. Jared was extremely helpful and patient. I did not feel rushed and he answered all of my questions. Glad I went there.

They are great! I am glad they are back and strictly Verizon. Went there today to find a different internet service and Amanda took care of me along with 2 other guy (sorry didn’t get names) but they all as a team giving me all differe Options to save money and best quality that would work for me! WasQuick, polite and simple! I am so pleased with the service!

I cannot express enough how amazingly caring and understanding these people were. They access my accounts they help me figure out what was going wrong and save me about $100 a month that my bill was charging me because of the ignorance at cellular sales in Yorkshire. The man I worked with a pretty sure was James he was so caring and understanding. I walked into the store and was there for three hours going through my bills and trying to understand where there was mistakes made. They were able to find mistakes find add-ons and find other phone lines that I had lost because that the other company in Yorkshire took off my account without my authorization. I am so impressed by the customer care service that they gave me that I will be back and I will buy a new iPad Pro from them this week I cannot express how amazing these people were. If you want true good home service kind of feel and respect go to this store. Thank you so much again for making me feel like someone actually cared.

My screen went black one day. I was in a panic. Jim got me working enough until I had time to sit down and get a new phone. Jared got me all hooked up. Thanks guys.

Deceitful sales practices and hidden fees. 35 dollars to set up your phone while not explaining that this is in addition to Verizon charging you 35 for activation. (Was told by corporate that you can set up your own.)They charged me a setup fee for a mifi That never came out of the box. It only needed to be activated.

Jared was wonderful by setting up my new account. Unfortunately he had need of some help getting the main verizon people to help him and they were awful. I waited with jared over an hour. Thank goodness jared remained professional with them. If it was me working with them I would have pulled my hair out.
