I loved going to this post office up until recently. I had a package issue about a week ago (no big deal) and the employee was absolutely awful to deal with both over the phone and in person (older lady with dark hair)! Her attitude and mood are never great and I’ve unfortunately had to deal with her a few times since moving to the area. This is really disappointing as the other employees are always helpful and friendly!

Recently had a package sent to the wrong address made out by the postal worker. Individual went in limited English and gave the address needed to be sent to and the worker filled out the address completely wrong. Left out a digit on the address. I tracked down the location were it was delivered confronted the person and they said they sent it back to the sender. Still no package anywhere. Piss poor service. Updated 3/20/21, Postal Sup at local post office went above and beyond to help me with the situation. Many thanks for reaching out to track this package down and recover. Very much appreciated

Arcade mail delivery is horrible. Every day we receive mail from our neighbors. Packages too. The address on said mail and packages are correct. This happens EVERY DAY. It's very horrible knowing your mail is being delivered to others. Time sensitive personal mail. Horrible. We've called numerous times. Tried to deal with the issue peacefully. To no avail. The attitude that a person gets from postal employees is absolutely filth as well. Horrible attitudes when you try to call and have an issue corrected. Horrible.

Super friendly and efficient staff. Always there to help when needed. Staff goes above and beyond to help customers and/or patrons as far as I can see or have seen.

I like this post office. I get pretty good service & an usually in & out in under 10 minutes. They always have what I need & are pleasant.

Absolutely an awful place, they should be ashamed to call themselves a post office. They provide 1% of the services of any other location across the country. The staff is awfully rude depending on which day you cross paths.
