They called first in November of 2021, then nothing for several months, and now have been calling at about 8 am for the past few months. The phone rings twice and then they hang up. I don't answer unknown numbers but even if I did, I wouldn't have time to answer. They have never left a message and I don't know why they're calling me. When you call back, you get an automated menu read by a guy who sounds drunk, tired, or both.

With medical bills adding up from an injury, plus surgery, I became so overwhelmed. I was paying what I could, but it was never enough. Suddenly my life was becoming like the sped up candy belt scene from an old I love Lucy episode!Medical bills were quickly being sent to collections! The mystery phone numbers started showing up on my phone. I resisted answering. UNTIL….The day I decided to answer! To my surprise I was greeted with a friendly, caring, gentleman. He listened . Like, REALLY listened! Carl heard my needs! Carl went above and beyond.( Which I came to realize) is just what they do! Outsource brings HOPE!!!

When I called the office to figure out why they had an account open from 5 years ago that I had receipts being paid off 4 years ago I got put on hold I tried to call back after waiting a 1/2 hour on hold by then got put on hold immediately with no answer 3 times with a witness present at then recorded them on my phone while I called from my friend's phone and have them on recording answering that phone while mine is on hold and talking to me perfectly fine until they realised it was me and they immediately placed me back on hold and refused to answer the phone for 3 hours until they closed

I had a hospital bill that was sent to Outsource for collections last year. Outsource sent me a letter and I called. I was initially confused, thinking this bill was taken care of by my insurance. When I asked for an itemized bill, Customer Service was more than happy to send it to me! I received the information I had requested in less than 7 days. Outsource did not keep calling me with in that time. Once I was able to see what my insurance did not cover, I called them back to see if I could set up payments once a month. Not only did they help me figure out what I could afford, When I explained to them how chaotic my job was and the fact that I may have months that I can't pay the set amount, Customer Service suggested they would be happy to call me once a month! There has been a couple of months this year that I could only pay half of what we agreed on. Customer Service was perfectly fine with it! Collections is not an easy job but someone has to take on that roll! I am EXTREMLY happy it is Outsource I am working with!

Outsource Receivable Collection Fraud April 3, 2021* My report shows the three medical collections from Outsource Receivable Management for minimal amounts..........* As soon as I received the notice in the mail, I immediately called the collection agency "Outsource Receivables Management" the collector told me it was a medical collection from General Physicians. Still, they did not have any more information.* I have never heard of the company they claim I owe. The collector could not explain what or who it was. At that time, I disputed the collection notice. I explain nobody in their right mind would pay for something that they had no knowledge of. I told them before I would gladly pay the bill but get me the information: (see the following info I asked for)1. Information on the alleged bill,2. I asked for a copy of the bill. What was the bill for?3. What was the bill for?4. Most importantly, A signed intake sheet signed by me authorizing the to bill my insurance company or me for any service?5. I never received any of the documents, just a threat to pay it or they would report it in my credit report, I told them I would gladly pay any bill I owed, but not without who General Physicians was and proof of service.6. I was called on my work phone and harassed by Outsource.7. I was threatened by Outsource, ordered to pay (without the information), or they would file collections on my credit report.8. I am in the middle of refinancing a piece of property, and this is the only negative item on my credit report and my cause for refusal of the loan or paying higher interest. My credit was excellent (800+ score) and has dropped 63 points.About four weeks later, April 3, 2021, I received a notice from Equifax that collections, posted by Outsource Receivable Management. I look at my credit report, and it was there from Outsource, and my score dropped by a lot.I called the collection agency, I was told that they could not remove the collection items and they could not provide the information, and I would have to call General Physicians myself.I called General Physicians, and they confirmed I had not received any service or goods from them, and I would have to contact the collection agency.I contacted and am in the process of complaints to, The Federal Trade Commission, New York State Attorney General, The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and suing them.UPDATEThankfully we have some great Federal and State Law Enforcement agencies that will Protect consumers and investigate unlawful business practices. Outsource Receivable Management business practices in my opinion are unlawful, dishonest and thanks to our Attorney General acting so quickly and acted on this matter. The President of Outsource is blaming her client General Physician P.C. for this mess, and that is being looked into as well. Stay tuned.

I have had my share with debt collection agencies, but was fairly pleased to find that I wasn't talking to someone with the emotional capacity of a robot with this one. I was helped by Amy, she was very nice (even outside of debt collector standards) and answered questions the best she could, which is the best I could have asked for. I wish all debt collectors were like this.

Refused to give me a reciept when I paid in full to close the account. I was in the middle of buying a house and it was severely delayed because of their refusal to give a reciept

They don't mail you any bill and if they call you, they don't leave a message. With all of the scammers lately, I do not answer to anyone that isn't in my contacts so if they don't leave a message, I can't return their calls.

Shady place. I've called numerous times to speak with someone, no one has contacted me. Yet they can continue to add accounts to my credit report. Duplicate accounts at that!

I went to ORM a year ago to have them collect on a debt that was owed me by past tenants. I told them that I dropped a previous agency due to lack of communication. They promised they would keep me in the loop. The only time I hear from them is when I physically stop into their office to see them. They have done nothing to collect on the debt.I recently learned that the daughter of the delinquent tenants is one of ORM's collectors. They never told me this when I first signed on with them. Now I know why they are doing nothing for collecting my debt. Conflict of interest? Definitely!

These people don't know anything. They are trying to tell me that I owe money to something I paid years ago. I sent all the documents in showing that it was paid and yet they say I owe them money. Plus you don't even have the date right when I had the service provided.
