Zero stars!Terrible business. Set up an appointment online to get new tires. Picked out a set of tires, set appointment. Drove 40 min one way. When I get there they had no idea I was coming showed them the email confirmation, guy looks on computer and says yep see it here then tells me it should have never even went through in the first place. Not only did the guy tell me they didn't have the tires he says if they did they didn't have someone who could install them. WHAT? I heard Walmart installs tires and this is supposedly a Chevy dealership with a service department that can't install tires. WOW!! I wonder if they can change oil.

FINAL REVIEW:The traverse finally needed a new motor, and theres STILL problems with it… we put almost $10,000 into it, and now we either have to scrap it, or at least get it running to sell it for pennies. Our life has been one Living HELL since we bought it & I was finally forced to buy a different vehicle so we didn’t have to borrow or rent anymore—and let my daughter finish her internship using my old one. Awful experience… But at this point, sure, I imagine Denny nor his mechanics knew it was going to have THIS many problems, but they could’ve at least offered to buy it back.UPDATE ON MY REVIEW BELOW:The car is in the shop ONCE AGAIN. Several dashboard lights are on, and this well recommended mechanic-who put many hours into it so far- told us the best thing to do is get rid of it, because the Traverse just has TOO many problems. There goes another $1000 . Well now we’ve paid about $13,000 for this $9,800 vehicle that’s probably worth $2000…. And our daughter still has a $6000 loan on it. Denny— if you’re reading this, I believe you need to make some thing right with us, ANYTHING. I don’t even care what it is at this point just make something right. You know who we are, and we have already spoken with an attorney. You need to call us within a few days or we will pursue this.Original review:Awful experience. Our daughter needed an affordable vehicle and they had one...she had to finance it (single mom, in school). One week later the Engine light came on--she called Denny and he basically dismissed her because that car was an "uncertified vehicle" & they aren't covered by the Lemon Law, and they don't work on them. Whattt..?? Like-- why didn't you explain this in detail to all of us when she was buying? He told us they put $5,000 into it before they sold it-- I had to ask for the print out, because they didn't give it to her when she bought it. Why would you even sell one that you can't stand by ONE WEEK later?? I get it if it was 3 months, but one WEEK??? So we had our family mechanic look at it - changed Catalytic converters, also saw it was going through oil too fast, and he did other things...told us it was a LEMON. ($2,000+).few months later it was running bad again...our guy did more work on it....(more $$). About 2 months ago she broke down ON THE 400. Our guy said the catalytic converters have trouble...and it's most likely the engine that will keep making them go bad...he also confirmed that they must have turned the engine light off just to sell it, knowing that it would go on again. This time we called and basically begged Denny to at least do SOMETHING for us....as our family has bought SEVERAL vehicles from them over the years. He agreed to look at it and wondered why we changed the converters...because the ones Martin Bros put on were warrantied!! But yet he dismissed her when she wanted to bring it in the FIRST time it broke down! He said he doesn't remember her calling!! He flat out LIED. Instead of fighting with him anymore....we had to have it flat bedded away from Martin Bros to have yet more work done. After a control arm, 4 new tires (back tires were horribly worn), more converter work ($1,145 more)....she's now driving it again, to Buffalo and back 4 days/week....and we just hold our breath. We're all disgusted with the treatment we got, and mostly the LIES. NEVER dealing with them again.

Great experience buying a new car here. Employee drove over an hour to pick me up so I could get my car. Also helped me get the best interest rate possible!

Test drove a vehicle…realized when driving the vehicle had many issues and when we brought it up to the salesman he had an excuse for everything. These cars should be 100% looked over and fixed before being test driven but you can easily tell these guys just buy cars and put them on the lot for triple the price. The price does not compare to the cars these people are selling. Thank goodness we didn’t buy from them. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Great service department! Service manager Joe is very knowledgeable and what few repairs I've ever needed have always been done right the FIRST time!

Amazing customer service!! These guys went out of their way to do estimates for my vehicle after it was stolen, including hiring out for the body damage estimates. My vehicle was a total loss, but, the ease of working with them was incredible. Don't let the negative reviews about a scratch off deter you.... marketing 101...read the fine print!

First - what's up with these reviews? Notice the unnatural amount of extremely positive reviews. The language and sentence structure repeats itself as you dig a little deeper. How much do positive reviews cost these days? FWIW, I charge $250 and a public apology. Edit: also notice the two "5star" reviews since their 2021 advertising debacle that made them lose a full star. They are obviously placed to try to offset the hit. Hysterical!Second - Received their "Beat the Dealer" advert in the mail. Its a scratch off that looks like you won a Polaris Ranger or $7.500 cash. In fact, not only did I "win" the ranger, so did my parents, and neighbors down the road... Digging deeper, what you actually win is "one of the prizes shown" and not THE prize shown. We all won a $2 lottery ticket.I'm not driving 30 minutes for a $2 lottery ticket from a dealership that uses deceptive gimmicks in their marketing.Edit#1 - After response from owner: Who selected your marketing organization? Who approved the campaign?

I’ve bought many vehicles from Martin Bros Chevrolet over the years and they are straight shooters. Sales and service are excellent. I too received their promotional mailer and anyone who didn’t read the flyer entirely or any of these promotional flyers from other dealers has only themselves to blame. There was no “scamming” it clearly stated you had to bring the flyer in and match your code with the one on the flyer to win. Man the lack of common sense these days is scary. Everyone is a victim. Don’t hesitate to buy from this small hometown dealership.

These scammers sent out a sweepstakes saying that we won a Polaris Ranger or $7500 cash. We called to confirm and they said, yes, you won. We drove the whole family to claim it and when we got there they denied that we won, took the winning ticket and walked away. Biggest losers. DO NOT SHOP HERE. SCAMMERS AND UNETHICAL.

This dealership caught my wife in the bait and switch mail ad. Being skeptical, we read the entire ad and called to confirm before wasting time driving to the dealership. The rep confirmed the "winning number" and congratulated my wife. After they hyped it up she arrived and was given a lotto ticket and asked if she wanted to trade in her vehicle. If this establishment is willing to be this deceitful to get you in the door just think of what they're capable of in their business dealings. I would never recommend this Martin Brothers Chevrolet to a friend.

Best service dept in WNY...period. Honest, knowledgeable, dedicated. Sales is very hands on, and most sales are done by the owner in person. They are not that big Fucilpaddockeastherr type of pressure grind but the pace is often slower, and most customers have been buying vehicles from Dennis for their whole lives. If you appreciate the small town touch...this is the place to deal with.

Martin Bros. Chevrolet sent out mailers and on the back there were scratch offs to see if you won anything. Mine showed that I had won either the Polaris Ranger or $7,500. I read the entire flyer, even all the fine print and it does not state that it was a gimmick to get you in to buy a car. I called the number and they verified that I had won. The man who answered also stated there are no gimmicks no games. I drive out there and imagine my surprise to find out that everyone there also won the same thing but we were all given a lotto ticket. Times are so tough right now not to mention we are supposed to be avoiding crowds and yet they are purposely deceiving others and not practicing safe social distancing. This is the lowest sleaziest type of dealership there could ever be.

Did you get a scratch off flier in mail? I bet you are a winner. When you call the SPECIAL number you are then told to see a certain person and you will be paid in CASH after they see your scratch of and take a photo of your drivers license. The fact is at the bottom of the scratch in tiny print is your winning number is only for a lottery in which you have a 1 in 50,000 chance to win. NO GAMES OR GIMMICKS. Im sending my winning ticket to the NYSAG . After this I won't step foot in Martin Brothers.
