Went late morning to view tractors interested in. Did not have a "Boomer 40" on lot so salesman sent me to Arcade location stating they had several, with and without cabs. Drove 45 miles to find out THEY HAD NONE! 100 miles and time wasted on a Saturday. Bought elsewhere.

BEWARE! We took our tractor to Larry Romance and Sons because we could not start it. We asked them to resolve it. They determined that the battery was bad. When we went to pick it up we were billed $703! We asked why so high for a battery replacement and they had 4.75 hours of labor to fix. We talked to two different mechanics who worked on tractors and trucks and said a battery for that tractor should take 1.5 hours. They also replaced the positiv cable and clamp which should be 1 hour. After being a long customer for 50+ years, we will not be going back for service in the future

If there was a zero star option I would put here. Absolute swindlers who took our tractor for a repair and then didn't even call us back for two weeks despite multiple calls. They then took another two weeks to do the repairs only to have them tell us that the repair they did didn't work. They then have the gall to hand us a $3800+ bill in which they charged us close to $100hr in labor for a tractor they didn't even fix!!! All I know is I'm in the wrong business! Would love to charge for work I didn't even do!

They are very helpful. Once with a interstate battery. Didn't have a Free" REPLACEMENT. Called the company and had it in two days. Know a problem with a old Ford tractor. Helping me with that also. Great place to go in the southern teir ny Arcade, Ny
