Went for a kitty nail trim. Pam is fantabulous! We have an unusually docile and friendly kitty girl. Pam was so thorough, gentle and fast as I held kitty. The best, actually, that I've ever witnessed when a groomer has trimmed nails. I highly recommend this groomer.

Lady was nice but overall was very disappointed! When I dropped our puppy off, I left very specific instructions. I asked that his hair to be cut to 1inch everywhere except his face where she could cut a little shorter. HE came home with bows on his ears and his hair was cut to 1/2 inch all over. I had told her twice what length I wanted and she did not listen. Definitely will not be going back!
