I tried using 2 of the 3 vacuum cleaners and not the one that was written in marker on steel the it was broken. That being said, all 3 are broken and i would like $5 back please.

I would give a 0 star if I could! didn't clean car at all! I paid for under body wash and it did not wash under the body of the car at all! Was a complete waste of money!! And to top it off I wasn't going to leave a bad review until I tried to call and let them know the under body wash wasn't working and the number isn't even a working number!

Left marks on my cars paint doesn't even look like I washed it :/ had higher expectations with the sign advertised I feel like this is false advertisement

None of the carpet cleaning brushes work and they're full of sand on it. They never clean it, same at the washing stations, it's full of sand and dirt. A spot free rinse program doesn't work so I used their automatic tunnel. But of course their brushes were full of probably small stones or something so in result it scratched all over my $50K worth car. I don't recommend at all and be aware

This car wash always has an issue cleaning my little tiny car...Doesn't even get dirt of the trunk not to mention the front bumper. Go down the road a hair and use the hand wand wash.

There is only 5 reviews from 4 to 7 years ago giving 1 star for all reviews... however the same issues that existed then have not been addressed and are a current problem!! I experience hard water marks on all of my windows and the body paint.. their blowers are stationary and they do not oscillate... Some of their pay stations do not accept money, so you are required to use a credit card... which cost more because they are taxed if you want the full works... which I use regularly only when Matthews Auto give me the carwash codes... I use this place only when I have Matthews wash codes and then I go to the Main St Laserwash / Endicott below, which is superb... they have 4 blowers with the outer ones which oscillate side to side... and I always receive a spot free wash from them!!! If you do not use a wase code from Matthews, it cost $18.00 for the complete works Vs. $12.00 at the laserwash at Endicott, and is superb...Car Wash | Main St Laserwash | Endicott (mainstreetlaserwash.com)

It’s nice looking and that’s about it. This place has been heavily neglected, busted equipment in every bay but one. I’ve given this place its 3 chance that’s enough I’ll head a few miles in to town and use a different car wash. Shame had hopes for this place based off of looks that it would be taken care of. ….. I would hide it another shot if they would take some pride in upkeep.

It appeared all bays were working when I was there. The option to use a credit card at the self wash stations is convenient.

The automatic wash really does a poor job and neither rinses all the soap off nor dries the vehicle. Left side of the dryer hasn't worked all summer.
