“Rob/Bob at Sunset in Irvine NY was great even though he had no Idea why I was there to get the tow dolly (even though I was told by the phone rep he was aware of my situation and waiting on me ) When I arrived he saw in the system I was getting a tow dolly, but it was not notated by the U-HAUL ROADSIDE ASSISTANT rep Zion/Zeian) why I needed it, how it was to handled for pickup ( regular or emergency pickup-which it was an emergency replacement pickup)Rod/Bob even hooked the tow dolly up when he stated due to him having an O2 tank he should not. He got assistance from another man to help. Loved him great man at Sunset, very helpful and gave me driving instructions for the truck and dolly ( not to reverse , don’t go over 55 MPH etc )I never got from my initial p/u on Niagara Falls Blvd. Also he suggested routes that would be safer/less stressful for me to drive with the tow dolly to VA from NY. Very kind to me and my family. His tow dolly was new not like the old worn out/bald tire one I originally got in Buffalo and hooked up safely and properly (once again not like in Buffalo on Niagara Falls Blvd)”

“Picked up for crescent, quick loading, had to wait a good hour to get door cause it was busy. Broker gave me an appt time but it seems like they load on a FCFS too. The guy loading me was super nice, friendly and efficient. The guy who checked me in had a nasty attitude and looked stressed.”
