“I’ve bought everything they sell except the beer( I don’t partake) and I’m always satisfied. Most of the plants in my garden are from here and I can’t say enough. The cookies are cinnamon rolls might be from the freezer but I can’t get enough! There’s nothing fancy about the place. But warm and friendly. It’s easily accessible for my elderly mom.”
“I haven't been to the Sav A Lot in Silver Creek in a long while but since I was in the area and needed butter, I stopped here. They had the dark cherries on sale and who can pass them up considering they aren't here for nearly long enough. I was not disappointed. I did have some trouble trying to use the coupon scan thing to get the sale price for the butter. Ordinarily, this wouldn't have been an issue but I was in a hurry what with the temp in the mid-80's and two dogs in the car. Windows were down but it doesn't help in the humidity. The nicest part of the whole trip isn't as much about the store because I've always liked that particular Sav A Lot. Usually better sales than the one in Dunkirk. It just so happened that I ran into a friend I haven't seen in almost eight years and she was working there as a cashier. She didn't recognize me immediately without any makeup on at all but I recognized her and it made my day. This probably want one of my better reviews but there's only so much to be said about a grocery store. With the price of food what it is, it's a miracle that I managed to say anything pleasant.”
“Always a great experience coming here. They have so many options that other places don't have, and the fruits and veggies are always fresh, along with the meat, with the delo right on site. The staff are really friendly and are honestly the best part of the trip for me. The only thing I can say I don't like is the prices bit they are high everywhere ?”

“This is our family’s favorite Dollar General. Not because any of the products or store layout are different or better, but because the people who work there. We agree 200% with previous reviewers in saying that the cashiers and workers within the store are AWESOME! The team at this Dollar General should be in charge of training all Dollar General teams! They are very helpful, make you laugh, explain products, and SMILE. Seems like little things but they mean so much to your customers, especially considering the world in which we live today. “The food products that they offer here are dirt cheap a lot cheaper than our grocery store in the evening. The Service is also excellent there's always someone to wait on you at the cash register and help you find something that you need to find in the store. Sometimes you have to wait till the isles are cleared of merchandise that's being stacked and blocking the isles but within a few days, the merchandise is put on the shelf. The ambience of the store is good. The store is always clean in the parking lot is free of debris.”
