I don't usually post reviews because I don't like hurting businesses in that way but since they don't seem to be doing anything to change anything after multiple problems...... The pizza is ALWAYS undercooked you can't even pick it up half the time to eat it and it's always nice when you get attitude just for calling in to order from the girl on the phone not gonna mention who it was but ik who it was if you don't like your job quit but don't take it out on the customer learn customer service or leave. That's all this will be my last time ordering there gets a little old ssdd

Randomly stopped for fuel, and was delighted with more than fair prices on prepared food. And got a pair of nice quality winter gloves for $11!Highly recommend ?

the past few times we have had several issues with our food I dont like to complain but this has cost me money1st issue was with fish fries we got 2 of them the fries were so over cooked we couldn't eat them
next time we got 2 julian salads they only had meat and lettuce in them I asked for them to have everything in them both this last time I ordered meat calzone with ricotta cheese didnt have any ricotta in it also ordered ham and cheese one no ricotta was in that one either they also didn't put any sauce in the container for us also ordered 20 chicken wings I asked for mild unbreaded crispy when I got them home they were breaded and chewy and the amount of hot sauce on them was absolutely ridiculous they weren't mild at all there was 2 cups of hot sauce in the box
I have spent at least $76 on these items and I am completely disappointed in this i also forgot we got 2 taco salads at one point and the meat didn't even taste like taco meat I would appreciate some time of refund on these items so far its like $90 worth of food that wasn't good

It's been a third time since we ordered food for pick up. The boneless chicken wings are over cooked....dried out. Makes them difficult to chew. I don't like to waste the food or my money

Conveniently located since my 1 daughter bought a house in Andover. All 4 of my daughties worked at the Bolivar Road Wellsville Shorts. Egg salad sandwich is my 100% favorite thing from here and the 2 Shorts in Wellsville.

We called in an order at 6pm were told it would be a 30 to 45 minute wait.. ok, understandable on a Saturday night. So we show up at about 6:45, because we figured it would be better to not have to wait too long, since we had our dogs with us... we waited almost an hour! Then they tried to only give us our pizza and subs, completely forgot about our wings! Waited another 10 minutes, when I went up to the register, i was told they were dressing my wings! NO PLEASE! WE ORDERED PLAIN WINGS! then the girl goes back and apparently finds my wings sitting on top of the deep fryer, god knows how long they were there, and tosses then into a box, no liner just in they went! Pizza was stone cold and the wings were dried out and almost stale tasting... apparently the evenings are NOT the time to order food, because this has been an issue we have experienced several times in the Andover location! The gentleman who was in there had apparently been waiting 2 hours for a half sheet and 20 wings... I cant even imagine what was going on because when we went in, there were literally only 3 other ppl picking up food in the hour we were there...Day time is a TOTALLY different situation! Wonderful service, fast, food is always right, absolutely amazing! Night time, not so much! It's worth the 15 minute drive to go to the Stannards location in the evening! Hope they get it figured out for the evening soon, because I won't be wasting my $70 for cold food and a long wait again!

Ordered boneless chicken wings and fries everything was cold, chicken wings hard, also ordered a sub roll was dry and had no mayo at all (Ordered extra) also BLT wrap was horrible. When they first open it was great but last 2x ordering it was not good. It's a shame cause we don't have much in Andover
