Mike in service performed an alignment on my '02 Trans Am and took great care in doing so. He took time to explain things and chat about it afterwards. There were no fingerprints or damages. I would definitely recommend Zanella's for alignments and other services.

I was treated kindly and respectfully. Service was excellent and in good time. A dumb thing I did putting a sticker on the inside of a roll down window which got caught in down position on a rainy day. He fixed it and did not make me feel stupid. Charged me fairly. Honest and fair. This impressed me and will give them my business again if needed.

I took a truck in for a pre purchase inspection. LJ and everyone at the shop could not have been more helpful or professional. The energy at the shop is great. Everyone is clearly friends there, and everyone feels very welcoming and helpful. LJ did a thorough inspection and then spent a considerable amount of time discussing what he found with me. After all that, he wouldn’t charge me a cent. If I were local, I would take my cars to LJ for all my servicing.
