Wow... I'm impressed with how bad a store can be. Top to bottom, front to back. Staff, management, cleanliness, selection all about as bad as it gets.

It's always great to see groups of employees together gossiping and not a single one working. Seems to happen regularly here because no one seems to care. Every time I come to this Walmart, I can never find an employee working in a specific department so I have to break up one of these groups in order to get some kind of help, only to end up walking away with vague answers.This place is terribly mismanaged and it shows.

Management in this store needs to go. I went here a few times and each time, for every 1 person working, I see 5 standing around (often in groups of 2 or more) gossiping with each other. No one is ever in their assigned area so good luck finding help and when you do get help, Responses are often "I don't know but I can check for you".Last time I was at electronics trying to ask a question, 5 employees stood around having a loud conversation before one, after a few minutes, finally acknowledged and dealt with me. The customer service in this store is terrible. The management doesn't care so the employees don't care. The only way to get things to change is to change the culture and it starts at the top.

Customer service SUCKS!!!!!!!! had to call the store and was on the phone for 10 minutes kept being transferred and then no one would pick up at customer service desk. Talk about ghetto.

What a disaster....moral is for sh**t here....don't ask a question you will not get an intelligent answer....prices are all messed up...no one on the floor knows anything about what they are doing or where things are,,"I don't know is a typical answer".... customer service is no responsive and when someone does show they drag their feet like it's a chore to be working... STAY AWAY!

f your going to sell live fish then you need to put in a call bell. I repeatedly asked the guy in electronic to call for assistance at the fish aquarium, he repeatedly told me he would do it in a minute. In the end, he never called and no one ever came. After standing there for 30 minutes, I decided to take my business elsewhere. To make the matters worse, I mentioned this to the checkout lady and was told that your fish had a short life span, and to go to the pet store across the street. If this is customer service, then I don't need to be shopping here.

Never enough staff around at any given time of day. Cashiers are unfriendly and lack people skills. Poor selection of merchandise.

This Walmart does not follow their own return policy. I would be cautious about buying something here, with the possibility that you may need to return it.
