I went in to find a shampoo that only Walgreens has, on the shelf there was one that had been opened. A young man ordered a new one for me. I went in a couple days later, first of all the same opened bottle was still on the shelf, next I went to the girl stocking shelves if she could see if my shampoo came in her answer was, I am busy! Where is the customer service? I ordered it on line and will not be back

Normally the people here are so very nice. People in the photo lab are always wonderful and generally the pharmacy. However, the girl I spoke with today 12/8 at 3:30 in the pharmacy was not sympathetic or friendly at all. I needed another solution to my inconveniene and she kept over-talking me and hung up on me. I was so upset.

Pharmacy associates can be very rude and passive aggressive when you are picking up/ filling prescriptions. Have been like that for years. If it wasn’t for the convenient location of this Walgreens I would not go anymore.

Unfriendly,miserable,unprofessional,condescending, power tripping "pharmacy technicians". The pharmacists here are the worst, unfriendly,Difficult, Judgmental snarky looks through the glass at you. My doctor called in a new script 8 hours prior before I attempted to pick it up after work...I waited 20+ minutes in the drive through, got to the window where the girl said she needed to see my cdphp card which I handed to her then she said she had to see my Medicaid card in order to bill my insurance? which I did not have on me...i offered to pay it out of pocket,she then told me it wasn't ready yet and it would be a few minutes...I said ok and sat at the window in my car with the window rolled down for a minute then I rolled it up....moments later a guy covered with tattoos (nothing wrong with that I'm covered with them as well) comes to the window and bangs on the glass I roll down the window and he rudely and with much attitude said "you need to move I have a long line behind you and it's going to take me 15 minutes to get your script ready, so you need to pull forward and go back around and wait in line" I responded by letting him know he did not need to talk to me with such an attitude and that if the girl had asked me to pull forward I would have but she didn't... he rolled his eyes and said "right yeah well it's going to take me a while to do your script"...so I leave and come back 20 minutes later wait in a long line again I get to the window and a short dark haired girl with a partially shaved head and tattoos all over rudely asks what I'm here for, she harassed me with a number of questions and asked my personal Identification info over again shot me dirty nasty looks the entire time and then harassed me about me not correctly identifying the last 4 of my old phone number as if that was a make it or break it piece of information and acted as if she was going to refuse me my prescription over it....she updated my number upon request and then shoved my card and script into the bin, I said thank you have a great rest of her day and she said nothing in response just continued to stare at me and give me dirty looks as I retrieved my stuff and pulled away from the drive through window. I'm changing pharmacies immediately I can't believe how badly I was treated and how difficult they made it for me to just pick up a script. Unfriendly,miserable,unprofessional,condescending power tripping "pharmacy technicians" the whole lot of them.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for many, many years. The Amsterdam facility meets all of my needs and I am always greeted cheerfully upon entering. The pharmacy team works hard to meet a high demand of scripts. I remember when they took on all of the Rite Aid clients. I have gotten all of my vaccines there. Professional and friendly. I want to express my gratitude to all essential workers in the medical field. They gave their all during the Covid-19 Pandemic years and still are. I am proactive with my team of doctors and my pharmacist and my health insurance. Thank you Walgreens!

I went there early to order some prints and the lady at the photo area was great.I just called to see if my prints were ready and another lady answered the phone. She put me on hold and never got back on the phone. Then i had to call back again and the same rude lady hung up the phone on in.

Had shoulder surgery today amd was done with surgery at 3pm. My script was called in for pain medication. I called hour after hour, each time being told it wasn't ready. They closed at 10pm. I was in agony and they didn't have it ready until the following morning! When I complained, the woman made it very clear she didn't care.

I scheduled an appointment for a rapid Covid test, and my confirmation email specifically said to go inside (while I originally wanted to use the drive through). when I got there and went inside, I was questioned several times on if I made an appointment, which I did. This questioning kind of made me feel uncomfortable as I don't think it was necessary to ask me more than once if I made an appointment, I wouldn't lie about that. I stood there for 15 minutes, legs shaking super sick and weak, while several people in the pharmacy looked at only my insurance card. Then someone finally came back over to me and told me to go to the drive through for the test, where I then had to wait behind 3 more cars after already being there at my scheduled appointment time. I'm not mad about waiting, more so confused about what's the point of making an appointment when you don't follow the times? And why did the conformation email tell me to come inside when they just sent me to the drive through anyway? I took the rapid test yesterday around 3:30 PM and I was told I would get my results within 2 hours. It is now the next day and I still don't have the results. I even called and was told my results aren't ready. Why did you tell me they would be ready within 2 hours if I dont even have them the next day? It's very ridiculous. Walgreens, please focus more on treating your customers with respect and please do something to improve the process of covid testing. This was a very stressful and terrible experience, all just to get a covid test. I do not recommend getting tested for covid at Walgreens.

This pharmacy sucks!! I've never approved them to call me when my prescription is due but they call constantly. Also after I do call for a refill they'll call me and say it's ready but when I go to pick it up they tell me it's not there. Do they know what's going on?? I've had enough with them .. I'm switching to another pharmacy!

What takes such a long time to get a RX at the Pharmacy drive through. Such a back up every time we get in line, there needs to be a better way. Waiting 5 minutes or longer per car makes me want to switch to another pharmacy

Don’t think I’ve had one nice person in the pharmacy so glad I moved to a different location. Seems to be an issue every time there.
