They were not able to help me with forms that I needed notarized. I had called several UPS stores prior to coming in looking for a notary and this time/place was the most convenient. No one asked me what type of documents I had (they were real estate which I needed to mail to an attorney) so I didn’t know that they would not notarize them. I just suggest anyone who needs this service confirms that their documents are acceptable.

The 2 ladies working this evening were professional, helpful and courteous in every way and took care of many other customers quite smoothly as well at the same time. ?

Bring all your UPS packages here because they hate it. The people are very rude. They hate customers that bring in UPS drop offs since they don't make any money on it. I mean they are called "The UPS store", you can't expect people not to bring packages in. Call your place of business something else...

The older women who runs the store is always so incredibly rude and impersonable. I am sorry I inconvenienced your shipping store with packages that needed to be shipped. Maybe choose a different line of work or improve your personal skills.

Love the ups store..in Amsterdam, NY..they are always very friendly and have the store smelling so fresh..clean and neat...plus I send whatever I need copied thru my email and it's always ready for me to pick up..when I get there...the ARE THE BEST....

Love this place and the staff. Especially Rachel who has helped me out for the past two days trying to deal with Amazon and all there stupid return policy’s.Rachel went above and beyond for helping me. I had to call Amazon customer service and she not only helped me during that phone call but all the other steps that have happen the following day too.She is truly the best !

Guy at the counter really rude. Had a Amazon return he didn’t even look at what I had on my phone told you no you have to print that out I can’t help you but my fiancé went there a week ago with a Amazon return same thing on his phone and the other lazy scanned it printed it out and said thank you have a good day. So one week they can do there job and the next week say can’t help you with that.

Without fail, this is the friendliness, most helpful UPS store I have ever used. They are organized, if you need a box or to print your return label, they've got you!

The older man that was working here was extremely rude, couldn’t tape up a box. Must be super miserable and hates his purpose in life and tries to make the customers as miserable as he is. Might want to find a different career path if this one is too difficult.

This UPS Store is the only 1 I go to. Recently they have sent very valuable items to our son in NM only several occasions. Every item shipped was recieved in a timely manner in perfect condition! I couldn't be more happier! Great Job!
