I have loved my time at Tribe. All of the members and coaches are so supportive. I always feel like everyone is pushing you to do better. Before coming to tribe I had no regular fitness in my life. Now I can’t get enough of it. I highly recommend tribe if you’re looking for a gym!

1 year ago I stepped thru the doors…. 1 year later I have attended 144 classes. My personal goal was strength and flexibility and endurance. I have enjoyed each instructor. Modifications always. I have one physical limitations but have been able to continue being mindful of it. Come in give it a try. Structured classes each class is different daily. Better than a gym.

I am addicted to Tribe fitness!!! The owner and her trainers are amazing! They are down to earth super motivators that work hard to provide a variety of classes and goals for every fitness level! I swear you work muscles you didn’t realize you have!! ?

I'm a new member of Tribe Fitness and I was encouraged to join because the instructions were so nice during my one-time training. They give good encouragement to reach your goals in fitness. I like that they offer different programs!

I signed my 12 year old up for weight lifting classes here, so far we are very happy and the staff and owner are wonderful and friendly. It's a clean environment with healthy body image instruction. My 12 year old did not want to go at first but after her first class she was all smiles. ❤️ And continues to be enthusiastic about attending.

I am a member at Tribe Fitness and have been for about a year. Before I joined I was unable to get motivated and have a consistent work out routine. I still remember my first morning class I took. Everyone was so kind and encouraging. The encouragement and motivation is truly what continues to keep me going. It’s a gym for all women at all fitness levels. If you want a tight knit tribe that holds you accountable to achieve your goals, Tribe is definitely the place for you!

I started going to Tribe 8 months ago. My first month I could only handle a few classes a week. I now attend classes 6 days a week and sometimes attend 2 classes a day! The instructors are amazing! This is truly “women empowering women” atmosphere. No judging just trying to help make you a better, healthier version of yourself. It all starts by just making the decision to want it and showing up! I am proud to be a part of Tribe Fitness!

I have been working out at Tribe since 2017. The instructors and other members are amazing! Everyone is so encouraging and positive. It is like my second home. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this place. I have never felt so strong and confident before in my life.

I joined this gym a little over a month ago. I was so intimidated at first because I haven’t been to the gym in years. I’m so happy I joined!!! I am hooked. The classes vary to challenge you, the instructors are amazing & the other members are so welcoming & helpful. Only regret, not joining sooner.

I just wrapped up my second week with the tribe. And WOW two weeks later and I’m still sore with every work out. The support from all the ladies is incredible. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve started a gym and quit. I have had personal trainers. And I have not had the motivation or have worked out so hard in my life. Not only do I get a great work out. I get nutrition classes and a coach to help me with diet. I checked out another gym before I joined the tribe, and it was Double the cost. It’s truly like a family there.

Tribe is far beyond a fitness studio, it’s my 2nd home! You get so much more then a great workout. Fitness challenges, nutrition help, accountability, support, and friendships are all things I have as a member of Tribe. All the members of Tribe are so welcoming and because there is such a wide variety of ages and fitness levels, no one should ever feel out of place. The instructors give modifications and help the members in every workout. There is honestly nothing to not love about Tribe!

Group fitness and personal training at its absolute best. This is a group of supportively challenging instructors and members that are more of a family than people who just come in to workout. I've been attending Tribe for years and I've met my fitness goals and am creating new ones all the time. You will love the weight loss challenges, FB support group for members, and nutritional support. Come for a challenging workout, and stay for the forever friendships! ?

Tribe Fitness quickly became one of my favorite places to be! I began coming here about 2 years ago and I am so glad I did! Joining a gym and working out can be intimidating. I have never once felt that way at Tribe! I have learned so much from Erin from how to eat to fuel your body all the way to proper form when working out. The challenges, the instructors, the people and the overall environment at Tribe is like no other!
