T-Mobile in Amsterdam, NY doesn’t deliver service to many areas in the city. My iPhone always has only 1-2 bars at home & no bars without my separate Wi-Fi service. It’s affordable but I’m not able to get service without paying another company for internet Wi-Fi in addition to the internet I pay T-Mobile for.The do provide Netflix, Apple TV, & Paramount+ at no additional cost which does save me money.They have some sort of internet for home but it isn’t available in the area where I live unfortunately.You’re charged a fee to pay your bill in person or with a live person on the phone. It’s only free to pay online.Amsterdam’s location is usually a wait to be waited on with limited staff. The man that I’ve experienced most of the time has always referred me to call the customer service line instead of assisting in person.

Had a great experience today at the Amsterdam location. Joe made the switch from apple to android virtually painless and he answered all of my questions and concerns.

I have just left the Amsterdam store and worked with Addison. I have never had such great help with my T-Mobile 853 I made several calls even with customer service but this store has gone Beyond I highly recommend this store to everyone.That aren't that are with T-Mobile.that nobody else has done, thank you so much.everything and taken the time to help me through my new phone I recommend highly recommend this store to everyone. Went in for new service, store manager was extremely helpful and informative. Working alone the store manager was quick and efficient with helping all the customers in the store.

I have nothing bad to say about the store or it's employees. My issue is with T-Mobile and the customer service with trade-ins and promotion. For almost 2 months they are telling me the phone I traded in isn't the phone I said it was, I have images of the phone from T-Mobile and it's the correct phone. Every time I call they say they will fix the problem and "don't worry" as of my latest bill they still have my trade, they have told me I get $0 for my trade and they have removed all promotion credits from my bill. So I'm paying full price for the new phone and they have my old phone, which was not even a year old! I have only been with T-Mobile a few months and I'm regretting it!

I went in to re-activate my phone and they didn’t do it and the used it on a different customer. I was very displeased with the service and I will not be returning after I go and get my refund. It was extremely disappointing
