Why have signage up stating you are broadview when you can’t do anything for Capcom members.I feel the values which made Capcom an amazing bank to deal with for 26 years is going to be lost.

THIS PLACE IS TRASH! WHY ARE YOU TOO INCOMPETENT TO SHUT OFF AN OPEN SIGN TO AN ATM THAT DOES NOT EVEN WORK???????? And Stop asking people for other member accounts numbers to link the account when all you need is a first and last name. Encouraging members to hand out their account numbers is dangerous and unnecessary. I have linked multiple accounts to mine with the first and last name as the only information needed, yet when I call to link an account I’m told I need the account number…. NO YOU DONT NEED AN ACCOUNT NUMBER TO LINK AN ACCOUNT. To expect or tell any member to give that information out is extremely dangerous and unprofessional! Get people who know how to do their jobs to answer the phones. Shame on you.

They have banners advertising that they are now Broadview FCU but all they will do is tell you all.the things they can't do for you. What a joke, don't advertise if your merger isn't really complete.

Please keep an eye on your account with this location. Witness the drive thru teller take a photo of someone's information on her screen today. @ or around 9:50am 2/4/23. Then she scrolled through her phone looking at several images that seem to be similar. (White Sweater, Brownish Blonde hair) Another staff person was informed of what I saw. If they don't get rid of her, I won't be back. Notifying corporate office also.*Update* She is still there! Went yesterday 2/8 and saw her. Time to close this account.

The tellers are polite and friendly. When entering this location I always feel welcome, never get the feeling that I’m taking up their time like I used to at another local bank.

SEFCU a credit union bank. Is better then most if not all commercial banks.

This credit union does not participate in shared branching so if you are trying to get cash from your out of state credit union card don't bother. They also charge fiftycents more than most gas station ATM s even though the machine is attached to their brick and mortar location so even bigger crooks

EDIT: Thank you Nick Wood for reaching out to me to help resolve the issue I had. I really appreciate your help. It means a lot.I have an auto loan with SEFCU and am selling the vehicle. I received a payoff check from the buyer and needed to retrieve a lien release letter. I called and spoke to an SEFCU representative. She informed me if I came in person I could be assisted in the drive thru and could retrieve the lien release same day. I should add that I contacted the chat services to verify this information, and ask whether Cooperstown VTM could do this. They said it could not be done at VTMs but it could be done at physical branches.After traveling an hour from Herkimer to this branch I was told that that was not possible and that I would have to wait 7-10 days for the lien release to come in the mail. The teller made an effort to rectify the situation, but was unable to do so. Because of this misinformation, I wasted my time and resources.

They always forget about the drive through and leave all the people who have to cash checks on lunch stranded and sitting in line for an entire 30 minute break. Ridiculous
