Let me start off with my kids call the hill we life at the bottom of “hell hill” and the driver Justin came down and placed our new pool practically where it needed to go. I wish all delivery people were as good as Justin. He went the extra mile and then some! Thank you so much!

Awesome Delivery guy, I Beleive his name was Justin Edmondson, I wasn't home at the time and it was raining, Rang doorbell and my wife answered and he put the 2 huge deliveries in the garage for us, I Heard him through the phone the whole time(wife called me) pleasant gentlemen and very accommodating

R and L in Troy worked really hard to ensure our mini excavator arrived unscathed throughout their shipping process. The packaging from the factory was not what it should be and the gentleman at R and L did everything possible to make sure that we were satisfied, even coming in on the weekend to help load the equipment at their facility. Thanks a lot David!

We recently had R+L make multiple deliveries during a home renovation. The deliveries were made by Justin, and I wanted to take a moment to show my appreciation. Justin was very kind and helpful during each delivery. He went above and beyond to be respectful and generally pleasant to interact with. I also truly appreciated his flexibility and assistance with my schedule. Overall, I’m very impressed with his effort, friendliness, and professionalism. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great experience with your driver John (bearded guy) yesterday in Albany. Super patient while we sorted out billing on our end and then went beyond what most drivers do, helping get them inside the building that has no loading dock. Great asset to the company!

R+L Carriers drive Chris Matthews is amazing. He went above and beyond expectations to have our shipment delivered to us. We have a difficult to navigate road to our property and he was able to find a way to get the shipment to us and placed it exactly where we needed it. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service, top notch professionals. Delivery was on time without no issues, it was handled perfectly, Chris went above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly and was a pleasure to talk to. I’ve used all the big guys extensively in the past but I’ve never experienced this level of service and great communication throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend highly enough and will use their services again. R&L is my top choice from now on.
