not an honest company. they are acting escrow agent and refuse to refund deposit that is spelled out in purchase agreement to do so if contingencies are not satisfied.

Super quick and helpful addressing all my questions and concerns. They brought me to several places, and helped me through my purchase every step of the way. Ive worked with a couple agents before, but this office was particularly helpful. I'll use them again in the future!
