I have family that live there love going there it has a country setting. My husband and I would like to buy a trailer there

Nice location and quiet, lot rent is cheap, ($350), but beware of what you rent/purchase. ( One trailer has mold and has been sold that way twice.) Nicer homes are overpriced.
