My new favorite Motor Sport Dealer!
I had an issue with my motorcycle where it wouldn’t start after filling the tank, a problem eventually identified as fuel pump-related and subject to a Honda recall. My local dealer couldn’t help (7/2/24) and didn’t offer any alternatives other than to “Call back in August” leaving me quite frustrated.
Thankfully, I called Outdoor Motors & Trailers, even though they are a few hours from my house. From the moment I reached out, Jason and Scott were incredibly helpful. Jason took my VIN, ordered the necessary part, and managed to fit me in for an appointment while I was in the area due to a last-minute cancellation.
Both Jason and Scott were not only professional but also very friendly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Their willingness to accommodate me on short notice truly stood out.
Given this excellent experience, I definitely plan to return to Outdoor Motors & Trailers for my next big purchase. Highly recommend them for their outstanding service!

Just made my second new purchase from Outdoor. First was a snowmobile and now a utv. There is a reason I choose them when I live 230 miles away, that is their outstanding personal service! I’ve been a retail and service customer for a little over 10 years as well. Fantastic place to choose when it comes to making a purchase big or small or having any repairs done!! Outdoor Motor Sports & Trailer Sales made my Honda ADV 160 purchase an absolute breeze! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional atmosphere. My sales rep, Thomas Lee, was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire inventory and patiently answered all my questions. His enthusiasm for motorcycles was contagious, and he made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire buying process.
Thomas's expertise was invaluable when it came to selecting the perfect bike for my needs. He took the time to understand my riding style and experience level, and he offered personalized recommendations that fit my budget perfectly. He wasn't pushy at all, and it was clear that his priority was finding the right bike for me, not just making a sale.
After finalizing the paperwork, Kyle Smith in finance took over, and he made the financing process just as smooth and efficient. Kyle explained everything clearly and concisely, and he answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand. He even helped me find the best financing option for my situation.
There was a minor issue with the bike after I purchased it, but Thomas took it right in and had his service technicians fix it perfectly. I was back on the road in no time, and Thomas even followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was still running smoothly.
Overall, my experience at Outdoor Motor Sports & Trailer Sales was outstanding. Thomas Lee's knowledge, helpfulness, and professionalism made the buying process enjoyable, and Kyle Smith made the financing process stress-free. They both went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I couldn't be happier with my new bike. I will definitely recommend Outdoor Motor Sports & Trailer Sales to anyone looking for a new motorcycle or any outdoor equipment. They've earned a customer for life!

Received amazing service, these guys really stuck with it and dealt with me bugging them once or twice a week trying to figure something out. Then very shortly after I had pretty much given up, Luigi Magliocca stepped up and delivered big time to get me into pretty much my dream bike. Very knowledgeable, courteous and respectful. Not pushy and overwhelming, not snobby and degrading. Easily the best experience I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of.

I want to start by saying I’ve bought MULTIPLE bikes from this establishment and they were EXCELLENT to deal with. All of them being from Brad. However I was in a few days ago with someone who I brought in as a recommendation for a motorcycle and they had a not so great experience. The sales rep had little to no knowledge of the motorcycle or their price- and they were rude! I can personally attest that I won’t buy another bike here if this type of salesman is what I’d be getting with Brad being retired. I believe his name was Luigi.

Bought a brand new suretrac trailer April 2023. Buying experience was fantastic. Quick, helpful 12/10 recommend. That was until it came to their "warranty forever" program they jingle in front of you. I unfortunately was deployed October 2023 and the soonest I could have the trailer to them to get its yearly service etc to honor the "warranty forever" is July 2024 and they won't honor it. So my awesome warranty forever plan didn't even last a year because I serve the country they operate their business in!
