This place is will not be having my business again. The owner is rude as all get out and wasn't apologetic at all that his pump was faulty, but insisted I was in the wrong and that in his 18 years in the business he has never had a complaint like this.
I pulled up, the pump I was at was missing the cover plate that identified which button was associated with the name of the gas, but each button had their associated number. However the screen where it should show you the price per gallon had a sticker over it and you couldn't see if it had anything in it. I selected 87 like I always do and filled 6 gallons, but something seemed off with the price. The receipt showed I had selected Super, which I know for a fact I had not. I went in to say something and the owner got up, asked what pump had the issue, reprinted my receipt, and after confirming it said super on his end insisted that in his 18 years in the business nobody has ever come in and complained of anything like this and that I must have pressed the other button, refusing to hear anything more I had to say and completely dismissing me and my issue. Hope you enjoy the extra few bucks you made on me today when all I was trying to do was notify you that your machine was malfunctioning and with the screens covered there wasn't a way to confirm that the right one was going.
