I recently visited and had a great experience. Nebu, was personable and knowledgeable about all the latest cell phone models and accessories. He answered all my questions and made the process enjoyable. The store had a wide variety of models to choose from, and the prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a new cell phone. Thank you Nebu!

Can't receive or make calls, can't send or receive texts, internet is not working. Going on week 3. I paid $90 for service YET I CAN ONLY USE MY PHONE WITH WIFI. I'm even on wifi leaving this review smh. I keep calling and they refuse to refund my money or fix the issue. I use my phone for work and being scammed by Metro by T-Mobile is unacceptable. Will be switching companies asap and my lawyer will be reaching out to Metro by T-Mobile. DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Customer service is amazing the representative that helped me made things easy. I definitely would refer anyone to come on board with Metro at T-Mobile. I have experienced many years of satisfaction. I finally got a 5G phone with my upgrade and paid not nearly a quarter of what the phone was worth. Very pleased.

I was visiting Amsterdam N.Y. and paid my phone bill at this store on the 19th.The payment was technically not due till midnight of the 21st. witch was $60 I paid the $64 cash $4 applyed for in store payment of bill. And because my service was technically still on I was never sent the activation message! At midnight last night my phone was turned off due to none payment? When I called the Amsterdam sore this morning the gentleman said in fact he did remember me! When I informed him that my payment had not been processed he basically called me a lier! My response was does the store have cameras? To witch he told me he if I did not have a paper receipt he would not honor or even try to resolve my problem! So basically my point is if I was living about making the payment would I as ok to see the video footage? Anyways,. definitely disappointed! The photo I I'm posting below will definitely show the I was inside the store Saturday the 17th! Because any in store transactions requires the personal to send a one time activation code to your phone so they can access your account!

After checking the hours on the metro website, and calling customer service just to double check on some things and they said that they were open. I took the drive which is roughly about 45 minutes to the metro location. Only to find out that the store was closed in at the nearest store was another 30 minutes away. So I went and I got to unlimited phone lines from AT&T for around $82. I will never again visit a metro store, good luck staying open doesn’t even look like you can stay open now.
