I gotta say in the very beginning this place was awesome..Jake and kelsey are caring people, but they don't like to message me back or answer my phone calls, I've been dealing with the same issue for almost a year now and still can't figure it out how to fix my car right..I guess when you go to Utica and pull your own isn't such a great idea when I paid good money for this to be done right and then bringing my car back at least 5-6 times and still not fixed right..there's been times I've been without my car for days because they can't figure it out and then i gotta be without a car, not cool..so now since last Thurs I've messaged and called and no answer. So now I guess it's time for me to take further action and find someone who can fix my car right!!

Kelsey and Jake are amazing!!! We do not take our cars anywhere else!! They are always there for us even if it’s just peace of mind!! My daughter had her first minor little fender bender. We had some concerns for the tire and her driving it. She was super upset, we stopped quick to see Jake and he put both our minds at easy and let us know she was fine!!! They do all our car work for us!! We won’t go any where else!!! Thank Kelsey and Jake!!!!

I was out running errands when my car overheated. I was able to get to limitless and everyone was so kind and professional. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and with a minimum of fuss repaired the problem. Definitely recommend this business!

Have delt w this shop for a while Jake always goes above and beyond and this time around he ripped it. Noticing he wasn't able to finish an engine issue w my plowing truck due to various circumstances, and w a winter storm coming I was going to be out of luck to plow my clients. This is where Jake offered his own truck and plow to help me and my clients to get plowed.....gets better, not only he offered his truck as he will b out w me plowing tonight. So if this is not service above and bey i don't know what it is. I trusted him before, now ...I wish him and will do my best to get him to succeed in his shop.Service: Engine repair
