Great customer service, and the monthly plan is definitely worth it. You can have a clean car or truck in my case every day. Plus free vacuums so you can clean up your kids mess in the back seat.

They refused to clean the inside of my vehicle even though their website lists this cleaning for $30.00. They would only do it with the external wash. Extremely poor customer service. If I could only leave no stars. I will not return.

After going there 5-6 times I wasn't disappointed with the service until the machine broke my mirror, the staff was great at getting it fixed in about a week, they keep me up to date on everything and had professionals fix it. I won't go back for obvious reasons but I kinda wish I could.

My cousin is the one that recommended Hoffman's Car Wash because each time she came to visit she used it. So I purchased the unlimited car wash for my husband online for a Christmas gift it was very simple to do. We went up to the Hoffman's Car Wash and the representative was so nice and friendly and got our sticker out for us right away and put it on our windshield and that's it. It's so simple. The washing part does a perfect job especially in this type of weather in upstate New York in December. I would highly recommend Hoffman's car wash!
