Most of the associates are super sweet. My most recent encounter was not great
I have been with cricket for many years. I have never been treated with such disrespect as I did in this situation. The way I was talked to was demeaning and completely unprofessional
I had good experiences with AnabelLopez up to this point. The way she was acting was wildly inappropriate. Do better.

Outstanding experience I came in to the location because my phone bill at T-Mobile was over $120 a month. The young lady got me unlimited everything for only $60. Will definitely be recommending to all of my friends and family

I had came in for tech problems the other daybecause my phone wasn't working and was giving trouble but then I ended up gettingan upgrade on a phone! It was such a good deal,ended up getting a case and free charger as well. Great service!

Tried to call. Been a customer for a long time. Apparently there’s no point in calling. Youth is shot now. Called planning on 2k being spent on me and my wife’s phone. Know now I’ll be going back to a plan. I get we’re shy on workers but wow. ?

Very rude was adding a line and porting number and said 60 for first month was adding a 4th line I said it's supposed to be 20 that's cricket over the phone told me and she said no I asked to speak with Manger she said no I called cricket over the phone and they told her she was wrong by charging 60 very bad customer service skills and didn't know much about her job and took me 3 days to port a number cause something happened to the account and was supposed to call us back when she fixed it and never did and still would like to speak to the district Manger about this situation please

I’ve had the cricket service for years & have always loved it but the cricket representative Maria in the Amsterdam store was rude with every question I asked …. Maybe skip working with people if you don’t have customer service skills. Seemed more interested in playing on her own phone than working & just rude with no explanation each time I asked a question

Came in the store to change Cell providers. Young woman was confusing as to prices on phones. Did not listen to what I was telling her. Giving me bundle prices close to 500 per phone. So confusing and not understanding I ended up leaving the store and did not switch. Sales lady seemed high or drunk. Will not return.

I was trying to relentlessly to no avail change over my phone carrier. I followed all the steps necessary and nothing. I was utterly at a stand still. I walked into Cricket on Route 30, right next to Hibachi, expecting the norm, ( overworked , underpaid, snobby, young kids who were working just to get the newest kicks out) yes I ultimately prejudged my experience. To say I was treated like royalty or at least a socialite is the astounding understatement , I was met with a great smile and a wealth of knowledge, I met a young lady by the name, and please forgive me if I botched this sweets “ Mariah “ she was so understanding of little ole me who missed one or two steps in my process to switching over. She had grace and tact, she maneuvered through my phone like a Ninja I walked in with an attitude and she met me with grace and a know how attitude. I am very grateful I walked in Cricket on Route 30 and met a good person who can help. Thank you “ Miss Mariah”
