Dr Kate, Dr Stephanie and Dr Spence were all blessings to our family! Our cat lizzie was with us for 15 years. She was likely 18 years or older! When we had to finally make the decision to let her go, everyone was beyond compassionate, caring, and understanding. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this establishment. I will always be grateful for their help. My feisty ginger lizzie is at peace. I will never forget her, or the help of these amazing people at Country Valley

Always nice staff and clean clinic. They even have a candle on the counter that when lit means that someone is saying goodbye to their baby for the last time. It's a lovely place.

We have always been happy with Country Valley. They were there with us for the lifespan of 2 doxies. We chose them again for our new puppy.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Please read. Its long .I'm a well established hairstylist for 35 years and my clients love me . They say how do you put up with the public? Maybe they noticed me trying to please a difficult client..and I say..."I have alot of patience and I understand that hair moods life can vent it out on the hairstylist but I have a way of making them feel good and I wear many hats and have patience I really do and no matter how tired I am I always return calls in a timely manner and accommodate anyone who needs help I'm not above anyone....thats just giving you a bit of my personality.I have been going to Country Valley for probably 25 years and always had relatively good service, until recently. Not sure if they are under new management ? but a 360 degree turn.It was my turn to get a dog and I like to adopt from the shelter as my husband likes to get purebred pups.I took on a challenging situation with 2 dogs from South Korea meat Trade.Yes they aren't the easiest to bring to the vets but then again some regular dogs can be challenging as well.So here you go;After say a Vet appointment on a Monday you will not get meds for 2 weeks and when you call to find out how things are going you will get an a a check by your name....too many calls and you will get a letter in the mail with a warning you will no longer be welcome to their practice. What did I do? ...called to many times because the dog was in distress and I'm waiting for a script that takes 2 seconds to write?I was the better person really wondering really was I bothering them??. I went back for follow ups and apologized if I was out of line and that the dogs were really challenging and it's been really hard..we have all had easy perfect dogs and then sometimes can get a tuffer situation.Given our past with dogs and cats over the 25 years you would think they would understand that sure this client of 25 years is having a challenging pet given the nature of where the dogs came from and that myself and my husband have never had a problem with Country Valley in the past. Now that you are the " bad list" you had better watch it.Now you get texts and emails with 1 sided conversation because they dont want to deal with you anymore, waiting over a week to get a response.Medication was sent via email to be picked up filled and ready on a Friday....called to say I was on my way and was told it was not there and was told Sorry and to waite till Monday ...did I mention this was pain meds. Not one apology from Dr.Rodgers and guess what I get a termination letter from this place after my 6 year old dog just got diagnosed with blindness! When I tell some of my dog loving clients about the "warning letter " they were were like "you"??they said if it were them they would have never gone back. It's always nice to have a nearby vet but my dogs and myself would never be subject to this kind of treatment ever again. My last visit I tuned in to the surroundings and listened to receptionist Molly and Jordan badmouthing clients behind the desk. That did it! ,even though it killed me to bring Callie for her follow up for Lyme I didn't want to risk waiting for a new appointment at another vet it verified 100% that it's not me it's them!!!I am 57 years old and have never sent a negative review .Its not who I am .I'm literally sick to my stomach and can't believe what this practice has done to me .But thank goodness for the positive clients and friends that will hear about this I will find a more loving environment.

We've been using this place for years. They are good at what they do, professional, and a short drive (for us)... hard to beat that combo.

Great staff, they are always cheerful and greet my pets by name when I walk in, never any long wait times, prices are about average maybe slightly above average but is worth it.

I’ve been coming here with my puppy, Peach, since I got her in 2021, and it is 100% worth the drive for me. I feel so comfortable bringing her to Country Valley as she always receives the most attentive care from each and every one of the doctors and staff. She has had a few health scares over the last few years but CV has always made me feel like she is in the best hands. 10/10 recommend!

I have deleted my original post. The vets here are great and very compassionate. I was angry over politics in the office that both sides could have handled better but when it comes to taking care of our fur babies they are great.
