Rosie had a dental cleaning and a few teeth extract that were in bad shape. She did well and recovered quickly. Her care team gave great instructions for her home care for 2 weeks ; called 24 hours later to ensure Rosie was doing okay and scheduled a follow-up visit post surgery 2 wks later to make sure all was going well for Rosie. The doctors and staff at Country Valley Vet are really doing a wonderful job for animal welfare. My experience was with Dr. Kelly. When my cat started having an emergency in the back of the car on the NY thruway, I pulled off the thruway and googled "vets near me." Country Valley Vet Clinic took my cat in right away on emergency, even on their office lunch hour! They treated my cat with a lot of care, Dr. Kelly clearly explained the tests/diagnosis details with me, and the overall bill was very fair - Much more affordable than I would ever receive at home! Even when I got back home and my cat was settled, the doctors from Country Valley Vet contacted me over the next 2 days to check up on my cat. I am now making the trip back to Country Valley for my cat's annual checkups for years to come. I am so grateful that I found this vet clinic. They were a bright light for me in a time when I was very worried for my cat's life.

We brought our puppy precious in for a general check up and I think she had more fun during this checkup then she generally does at home. lol. I feel like they made the experience very safe and friendly for my pet. By far the best!!!!!

The staff at Country Valley are so kind to all of our pets! They also take the time to explain everything to us. We never feel rushed and they make us and our pets feel like family. We are so thankful for everyone there!

My cat was misdiagnosed at another vet as just being stressed. I was already in the process of transferring all of my pets to the care of Country Valley so took her to CVVC for a second opinion and turns out she had a horrible infection. The amount of care and research that went into her treatment was mind blowing - culturing and testing the bacteria for effective antibiotics (turns out she had a resistant strain) prevented so many headaches and weeks of pain. I've visited many vet offices over my lifetime of owning pets and I have been nothing but impressed with CVVC thus far.

I have been coming to country valley since we moved up 4 years ago and was always pleased with service and staff.
Today my experience was not so good.
My sam cut his paw and was bleeding alot, i called as an emergency to bring him in and was told we had to wait till 230 to be seen. We spent all morning trying to find a place who would see him.
Very disappointing, makes me wonder if this was a bigger emergency?
