I highly recommend using Chad! He did a fantastic job on my home appraisal and I needed it done quickly and he was on top of it. He considered every aspect including surrounding home sale prices to help appraise my home at its top market value!

Chad was the seller's agent on a property we wanted to purchase. We didn't have a realtor so we asked if Chad would also represent us as a dual agent. Dual agency can be tricky but Chad balanced it with grace and integrity. He was incredibly helpful at every step. Thanks to Chad, we closed yesterday on a phenomenal house!
