Management in this store needs to go. I went here a few times and each time, for every 1 person working, I see 5 standing around (often in groups of 2 or more) gossiping with each other. No one is ever in their assigned area so good luck finding help and when you do get help, Responses are often "I don't know but I can check for you". Last time I was at electronics trying to ask a question, 5 employees stood around having a loud conversation before one, after a few minutes, finally acknowledged and dealt with me. The customer service in this store is terrible. The management doesn't care so the employees don't care. The only way to get things to change is to change the culture and it starts at the top.
