My wife and I worked with Josh Fortner at the Amsterdam location. He is a very good, professional, extremely friendly salesman. Didn't try to upsell us on a different vehicle or anything. Josh went as far as to get key fobs for other vehicles on the lot to entertain our 2 year old with the buttons while my wife was on a test drive. We would definitely work with Josh again.

I had an 8:00 appt. For an oil change. I was punctual yet my vehicle was not taken into the shop until 8:40. I was out of there at approximately 9:30. Way too long to wait, especially when I booked an appointment. Staff behind the counter seemed new. Both were friendly and helpful. There was a sign outside of the building advertising for help, so possibly they were short staffed. I usually love dealing with Brown Ford, but today was disappointing.

Terrible service, went for 3 tires and apparently needed new brakes and you never came out to the waiting room but instead called my wife while she was vacationing in Maine!!!! I waited 5.5 hours and not one person came to update me in 5.5 hours!!!!! Very dissatisfied!!! Will think twice about returning to Brown’s!!!!

I ordered tires, and they turned out to be not what I was expecting, the service team at Brown's got me new tires that suited my needs better! Great price, great service. Very happy

As usual crew at Brown ford was outstanding. Answered all my questions and performed the service in a timely manner. The tires appear to have improved Tread and hopefully improved wear over the ones installed at the Ford factory. Entertainment supplied by “ski” in the sales office made the visit seem much shorter. Keep up the great work

Shady salesman, was dishonest on incentives. Clearly did not want to earn our business. He was very snarky and unpleasant to deal with. Would 10/10 NOT recommend!

Im from NYC Area and had recently traveled here to make my purchase. Look for Bruce Gardner, he is experienced and has immense Ford knowledge and will answer all your questions with courtesy and professionalism. He is honest and straightforward person and transaction at this dealership is seamless. Bruce will go the extra mile to provide you with what youre looking for. You wont find that type of dealers around NYC area for sure. Trust me the trip our there is worth your time.

First thing i want to mention is that everyone that works in the service department from taking my appointment, to updates on my repairs and making payment they are all so friendly and helpful. That is one of the main reasons i come back for their customer service. It was easy to get an appointment and they were flexible with some changes. The car was done when they said it would be which is not always the cases at other places. Is the pricing a little higher than a local mechanic yes but not horribly. If you have Ford rewards they utilize those so that was a bonus! Thanks Ford Amsterdam !

Called and discussed with the service team the issues. Made and appointment and received email confirmation of the. Got a call 2 days after the appointment asking what is was there for. Explained to the service team again and he said oh yeah that's what he have down. So figured everything was all set. Verified my contact information and hung up. Received an email that we missed our scheduled appointment. Ten minutes later got a call for a different service team member verifying the issues and they were fixed and that she needed to take payment but didn't have contact information for us. Gave it to them again and paid over the phone since I could not get there during there office hours. The problems seem to be fixed but the back and forth not knowing what it was there for was very alarming.
