βDr. Justin Marlow is not only an excellent vet, he also cares deeply about his patients and their families. His staff is excellent. My cat was feisty and turned away by Banfield. But Dr. Marlow knew what she needed. Dr. Marlow is one of the best people I have ever met.β
βWe didnβt wait long in the waiting room. The doctor and assistant were caring, loving to my pet, interested in what I had to say. They were knowledgeable and professional.β
βI think the staff at Levittown Animal Hospital are excellent! From the front desk to the assistants in the back. Dr Fishman is wonderful. Appointments are always on time. I would and do recommend this vet to all my friends and family.β
βI decided to try this Vet it is close to home and was highly recommended. I was surprised I was able to get a appt. within 24 hours. I have to say this Vet office was spotless, so clean and updated. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We met with Dr. Haley Knopf.. She explained the problem Daisy was having gave her a shot and some meds to put on her paw. We had a follow up appt. and all went well. Our furry friends are like our children and we only want the best for them. I highly recommend Commack Vet. Center on Motor Parkway in Commack.
Had another visit to the Vet and once again very happy with the care. Daisy had a ear infection and she is a very good girl well behaved and they were able to clean her ears and apply a solution. The staff is so good and they take the time to talk to your pet. Can't say enough about this Vet.β
βMid Island Animal Hospital is a Veterinary practice and hospital that goes above and beyond. I wanted to share this experience so others, who love their animals, would know about how wonderful the care is at Mid Island Animal Hospital. I have been taking my golden retriever puppy there since she was 12 weeks old. Recently, my 17 month old dog stopped eating and was just sleeping all day which was not like her at all. I thought maybe she had a stomach parasite or some other simple issue. We were taken that same day and seen by Dr. Stephanie Acevedo. Dr. Acevedo was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and compassionate. She understood we were in shock and upset with the test results and she took the time to explain everything several times. She never rushed us out or made us feel bad about asking so many questions. She was so knowledgeable and compassionate. She was just great with my dog. The dog required emergency surgery and Dr. Acevedo arranged everything with the surgeon so that the procedure went smoothly. She guided and helped us through this difficult and stressful time. Thank God that the surgery was a success and my girl will be just fine. Huge thank you to Dr. Acevedo for saving my girl. I must also add that the Vet techs and front office personnel are just amazing. They treat both pets and families with kindness and respect. From beginning to end, this practice takes care of and goes above and beyond for their patients. Your family is in good hands at Mid Island Animal Hospital. As far as a star review, they deserve all the stars in the sky for such great animal care!!!! β€οΈ?β

βWe find it quite challenging to adequately describe how grateful we are that Dr. Kleminger and staff, in particular Vet Tech Sydney took care of our geriatric cat Cassius. Cassius was two months old when he first saw Dr. Kleminger and he lived to the ripe old age of 19 largely in part to the exceptional care, guidance and love we received at Companions. Cassius was a strong, fighter who endured, multiple medical emergencies where we thought he might die. All through these crisis Dr. Kleminger and Sydney were there for us. We had to administer fluids and medications at home which Sydney came to our house to teach us every week for months until we learned to do it ourselves. Cassius hated the carrier, and going to the vet, however, he immediately calmed down when Dr. Kleminger would pet him and talk to him. He would fall right asleep when Sydney would hold him on his back like a baby. It was absolutely magical. We love all of the staff at Companions. The front desk staff are loving and compassionate. Thank You, thank you for all being who you are. We highly recommend Companions.β

βDr. Carmichael is the absolute best. He was able to perform a full dental extraction on my diabetic senior cat, and there were absolutely zero issues. If you have a pet with dental issues and are seeking a true and compassionate professional, don't hesitate to make an appointment with him.β
βWe have been taking our cat to Plainview Animal Hospital for years. We love the staff and board our cat frequently there. Unlike many vets, they do medical boarding, which we need since our cat gets insulin shots twice daily. We have tried other vets before in the tri state area (we've lived in NYC for years). However, we continuously make the trip to Plainview Animal Hospital for their level of care and having the options we need for our pet.β
βOur neighborβs cat was sick and she couldnβt afford her in-home vet to come check him. My wife called Bellmore Vet (our vet) and they were able to squeeze him in the next morning. Unfortunately the cat had to be euthanized, but the nice people at Bellmore veterinary hospital worked to minimize the financial and emotional pain on our neighbor. She was very grateful for all of their help. Love this vet. So glad we switched several years ago.β
βJen was super sweet and helpful! I love coming here because they donβt force you to do a bunch of unnecessary things just to get more money out of you it makes me feel like they truly care about my dogs health.
Edit: I canβt say enough good things about this place every single doctor, vet tech and office ladies are amazing. They were so helpful through out my dogs surgery and recovery. Candy is now back home and doing great thanks to everyone here
Last edit: my puppy girl passed away on Friday. I want to thank dr perfetto and the rest of the staff for showing us so much compassion and care for my baby girl. It was the hardest day of my life and Iβm so thankful that they made the process hurt a little less. Thank youβ
βDr Tanaka is the best! The insurance does cover a decent amount well visits blood work. Meds are always high in every vet office. They treat Kilo so sweetly. When Petco left shampoo on him it caused chemical burns. They were so amazing. I was so grateful that they calmed him as I was a mess. Definately reco themβ
βFor the most part Iβve had a good experience with this animal hospital. Dr. Howard is great but I have noticed that some front desk staff and techs are not as friendly. I had one tech stereotype my Bully because he was clearly not comfortable working with a large dog. My boy has been going to the hospital for two years incident free but he wanted to muzzle my dog and also put him on medication which he doesnβt need. I put a stop to that. My dog has sensitive front paws so shots have to be given in the back. Thankfully another tech, Adriana knows my dog and was like we do not have to do all that for him. Overall, itβs a good place for animals and very clean with ample parking. I trust the level of care here.β
βI have a very reactive Rat/Chi that the staff at Southgate handle wonderfully. The techs and Dr Muro treat him incredibly well despite him being a very difficult at times. I usually only have to wait a few minutes for my appointment but I don't mind because the care is fantastic. A big thank you to the staff and Dr Mauro!β

βTried Park Hills Animal Hospital on a recommendation and had a fantastic vet experience. Place is very clean, staff friendly, prices reasonable. Best part is the super-knowledgeable Dr. De-Paepe who we know from seeing many of our pets in the past, and always gave them excellent care.β
βJust wanted to say Dr Greenberg Rob Tammy and Michelle and the whole entire staff I can't name every one of them are very good to my dog Dallas anytime I have an issue with him they always are very nice to him and me and my wife and it always tell people if they need to bring their dog or cat it is a very good people work there thank you for all the help from Rob and Camillaβ

Few days later, we got a condolence card signed by lots of staff. incredible act of kindness. Much appreciated. Highly recommend them for your pets.β

We originally went to a cat specialist vet for our new pet but didnβt love the experience so decided to bring her to Dr Rana as well! we trust his opinion and his staff is really friendly and responsive when we call with any questions.β

βTook my furbabies for an exam. We were greeted by Yami who was kind and professional - she assisted with any questions I had and always had a smile on her face. Dr.Chen was great we saw her and she was very gentle with my fur babies. She didnβt rush us and asked questions and addressed our concerns. βLet me start by saying that I don't often write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary as I would do anything for my dog (my 93 pound pitbull who thinks that she is a lap dog). I want to personally thank Dr. Kirshbaum and the staff at Babylon Animal Hospital, you are the reason that my dog is not only here today but thriving! Dr. Kirshbaum first diagnosed my dog with a type of skin cancer on her back at 3 years old but he was able to surgically remove it and she was cancer free! Then at 9 years old Dr. Kirshbaum diagnosed a new/different type of cancer but this time it was on her leg, once again he was able to surgically remove it and get rid of all of the cancer. When she turned 11 this past year during a check up he found a small growth that turned out to be a new/different type of cancer again except this time on her stomach. After Dr. Kirshbaum completed surgery he was able to remove all of the cancer and at 11 years old my baby was cancer free again! Then more recently she had stopped doing stairs and of course Dr. Kirshbaum knew exactly what to do. After we spoke he told me he had a new injection to help with arthritis and boy was he right. Not only is my dog doing stairs again but she is a puppy again! Dr. Kirshbaum without your amazing diagnostic and surgical skills my Anna wouldn't be here today so thank you for being the best doctor out there! You are the reason why she wants to play 24/7 at the age of 11 years old (even as I am sitting here writing this review) and I cannot thank you enough.β
