“I decided to try this Vet it is close to home and was highly recommended. I was surprised I was able to get a appt. within 24 hours. I have to say this Vet office was spotless, so clean and updated. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We met with Dr. Haley Knopf.. She explained the problem Daisy was having gave her a shot and some meds to put on her paw. We had a follow up appt. and all went well. Our furry friends are like our children and we only want the best for them. I highly recommend Commack Vet. Center on Motor Parkway in Commack.
Had another visit to the Vet and once again very happy with the care. Daisy had a ear infection and she is a very good girl well behaved and they were able to clean her ears and apply a solution. The staff is so good and they take the time to talk to your pet. Can't say enough about this Vet.”
“They say first impressions are everything. South Shore Animal Hospital has gained my trust. I am a new dog owner with a currently 6 month old Black Lab Mix named Luke. I had been looking to get established with a Vet and had been doing some research. But when Luke had some issues that needed attention I started frantically calling places to be met with a lot of rudeness and no availability. I found South Shore and booked an appointment online for the soonest available which was 3 days later. I called up and explained the situation and they were happy to squeeze me in the same day on a Saturday. Now I can’t say if I got lucky or if they did me a favor but I appreciated them getting in a new customer same day on a Saturday. The Staff were kind and were patient with Luke as he is still a puppy and made him feel comfortable at his first visit. Their pricing seems reasonable although I did not need anything major but the exam fee seemed okay. They answered all my questions as a new dog owner would have. I’m glad I found them and will consider bringing in our cat Pumpkin in as well as needed. Thank you South Shore Animal Hospital. We will see you again”

“I’ve had a fantastic experience at this vet! The facility is well-organized and maintained. All the doctors are great, especially Dr. Waters, who is fear-free certified. She is outstanding and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. She has worked wonders with my more aggressive cat, and now he’s much more relaxed during visits. Highly recommend!”

“I love this place,my only complaint is when I get to the front desk on our last visit,my heart dropped when I the receptionist said $320 and that is with insurance and discount.My fur baby had a slight infection in his 1 ear,I got about 6 tablets and a small bottle of thing to squeeze into his ear.Please tell us the price before..”

“Over the years I have found that they are caring & wonderful. When our beloved dog crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago they were so compassionate. They made the extremely sad time a little better. Today I had to take my other dog in for a spinal injury and the Dr and vet tech were so sweet and caring with my baby. “Took my furbabies for an exam. We were greeted by Yami who was kind and professional - she assisted with any questions I had and always had a smile on her face. Dr.Chen was great we saw her and she was very gentle with my fur babies. She didn’t rush us and asked questions and addressed our concerns. Her assistant Danny was very sweet and was good with my babies keeping them calm. Great place I will see you all soon! Thank you!!!? ?”
“Let me start by saying that I don't often write reviews but I feel like this one was necessary as I would do anything for my dog (my 93 pound pitbull who thinks that she is a lap dog). I want to personally thank Dr. Kirshbaum and the staff at Babylon Animal Hospital, you are the reason that my dog is not only here today but thriving! Dr. Kirshbaum first diagnosed my dog with a type of skin cancer on her back at 3 years old but he was able to surgically remove it and she was cancer free! Then at 9 years old Dr. Kirshbaum diagnosed a new/different type of cancer but this time it was on her leg, once again he was able to surgically remove it and get rid of all of the cancer. When she turned 11 this past year during a check up he found a small growth that turned out to be a new/different type of cancer again except this time on her stomach. After Dr. Kirshbaum completed surgery he was able to remove all of the cancer and at 11 years old my baby was cancer free again! Then more recently she had stopped doing stairs and of course Dr. Kirshbaum knew exactly what to do. After we spoke he told me he had a new injection to help with arthritis and boy was he right. Not only is my dog doing stairs again but she is a puppy again! Dr. Kirshbaum without your amazing diagnostic and surgical skills my Anna wouldn't be here today so thank you for being the best doctor out there! You are the reason why she wants to play 24/7 at the age of 11 years old (even as I am sitting here writing this review) and I cannot thank you enough.”

“It's a vet practice owned by private equity. So it's got all the bells and whistles for diagnosis and treatment. I interacted w 5 members of the staff and only one seemed like they shouldnt be working with pets. Overall it was a decent experience but I wouldn't leave a vet you love to come here, it's a business.”

“I have been using Bellmore Vet for just about 11 years. This is the best Vet service I have ever had. Dr. Kevin and his team are excellent. I like the fact that he is not an alarmist and always has answers as to how to approach an issue I may be having with my Dog. Nice girls at the front desk and good tech assistants. Parking in the front in limited but there’s a public lot right in the back.”
“Dr. Jonathan May has been treating my cat for a urinary track infection. Dr. May is an outstanding doctor, he’s very compassionate, not only does he care about animals but he also cares about his clients, he goes above and beyond explaining what treatment needs to be done and explains everything in simple terms so that you don’t have to be a doctor to understand. I would highly recommend Dr. May for anyone that needs vet care.”

“Dr. G. & Dr. S. are highly astute clinicians. I wholeheartedly trust them. Every time I have brought in my senior cat and his younger “brother” for a sick visit, they always find the time for a thorough exam and treatment plan resulting in a quick return back to good health.
