“This review is long overdue. We used Number 1 Auto Transport to transport 2 cars from NJ to FL about 18 mos ago, and they were excellent. We called a handful of companies, and most inspired zero confidence - they were either slick salespeople or downright shady. I never spoke to the same person twice. Number 1, on the other hand, really was #1! Brian was terrific - he was straightforward and always accessible, explaining everything clearly so there were no surprises. He addressed all of our concerns without any doubletalk and communication was excellent every step of the way. We really appreciated him/his team being able to accommodate us during a very busy season with very short notice. Managing an out-of-state move can be very stressful but Brian made sure our car transport was seamless!”

“Had such a pleasant experience yesterday at Southshore mailroom. Steph and Donna both delivered exceptional customer service!!!I went in primarily to purchase a box to mail a record out in. Steph was so very friendly, helpful, informative and was very patient and kind with me with all of my questions and concerns. I wound up shipping the package from the store as well so it also saved me a trip the post office or another shipping center. “I typically visit the lindenhurst ups store location, which I am not a fan of. The woman who is usually there is nasty and always yelling. At this location i was greeted warmly by a young lady and a young gentleman who helped me make my return and send my package out. I didn’t get their names, the one was a young gentleman with brown hair and the young lady had black hair and glasses. Thank you to both of them for making my experience here welcoming. I will be back!”
“Ok…so I live literally a 5 min walk to the Long Beach UPS….BUT that being said, I have NEVER been in Long Beach without them trying to scam me into buying a box for a delivery that does not need a box! The staff at Long Beach is very nice but they say the owner is the one who tries to scam people!

“I had to fax some important documents. The young man behind the counter was too busy with his project despite seeing myself and another woman waiting. Howard helped me fax my documents and waited with me until I received the confirmation. He was friendly, helpful, and is definitely an asset to the company. Very appreciative for his help, and I'd go back to this location again because of him! My one complaint isn't the employees fault...it cost me almost $20 to fax 9 papers! I was assuming $10-11, but $20 was mind blowing! Not the employees fault, but definitely something to note if you have several documents you need to submit.”
“The service was quick and definitely unexpected after my last parcel issue 9 months ago. However, a few of the staff members were able to solve my problem, and i'm glad I was able to receive my parcel immediately. “I don’t understand why some people made bad comments. I’m glad USPS is still around to compete the private companies like UPS and FedEx. Some people are stupid to even say such complaints. I use USPS service often. They are always helpful and considerate. Listen customers , sometimes you are the problem. Some people have high expectations, they want high class mail service and a happy ending too for the price of a pack of peanuts.”
