Impeccable workmanship. I received an estimate for damages and the work on my car was done for less than the estimate. Not many places would have given me a break on the agreed upon price. I found them to be an honest and capable body shop.

I cannot thank Donna, JoJo and Chris enough for such a smooth and thorough process. I hadn't put a claim in on a car in 30 years. The rental they had for me was perfect and they took care of everything. They were great! I got my car back quickly and the shine on it makes it look brand new, even over a week later!

We just would like to emphasize the fact that Chris from Richmond Auto went out of his way and was a super nice guy to work with on our claim! The whole place right down to girls in the office… just an all over great experience. We cant say enough about this establishment, its not a big place but the treatment was outstanding especially these days in our world today, very hard to find people that care and go out of their way for anybody! Unfortunately, my family has had to have car repairs more than our fair share. When we do there is no question where we bring them. I would rate Richmond ten stars if I could. The front desk, appraisers, owner, and of course technicians are top-notch. They deliver on time and do amazing work!! We've even recommended them to the drivers that cause the accidents...lol

Amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone there was extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Getting in a car accident is a stressful time and I never felt like I was doing it on my own. The repairs came out great and I hope I don’t need to use Richmond again, but I would 1000% use them again and recommend them.

Our son’s car was part of an accidental collision and we were under a tight time constraint to have it repaired before he needed to go back to school. The staff at Richmond were able to find all the replacement parts and get his car painted in time for him to leave. What we thought would take weeks happened over the course of a few days. The staff at Richmond were true pros keeping us informed of the progress throughout the whole process. The car looks fantastic. They met and exceeded all of our expectations!! I would highly recommend them if you ever need a body shop.
